This place was fantastic! I don’t feel like the pictures do it justice. The condo was absolutely adorable and so was the community. Great amenities and super quiet/peaceful. We would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location for a girlfriend getaway.

Plenty of provisions to get you started. Very clean. Although the kitchen is a bit outdated, the beds and furniture are very comfortable. Everything as advertised. Host communicates quickly and honestly. Unit and walking paths are very quiet. Yes, the screened in deck is noisy because of car traffic, but that was no surprise and did not affect a good nights sleep. The property is close to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, nature preserves, and shops. We would stay here again.

The property was very convenient. Saw lots of tortoises at Smyrna dunes park. We were able to drive onto the beach with an entry near the park. Gorgeous views.

Jack’s place is like home away from home. It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. I wish we could have stayed longer. It’s in a great location, close to the beach, and restaurants. Will stay there again if we return to the area.

This property was gorgeous! The unit was clean and well appointed. Pictures don’t do it justice. The area is quiet and safe, well landscaped and great for walking. It’s close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Communication was excellent as well. We will definitely return!

Excellent clean and cute ,,,everything we needed

The beach was easily accessible. The main strip for restaurants was fairly close with a wide variety. The condo had all the amenities needed. Jack and John thought of everything.

Jack and John have a cute get away. Very well appointed. Everything you could want including toys for hanging out at the beach. We appreciated the coffee, shampoo and even ear plugs! Easy access to groceries etc.

I admit I was a bit nervous that the property would be cramped knowing it is in a multi-unit building. My worries were gone once we checked-in. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and space to spare. The property has great amenities and the location was great. It was an extremely quiet neighborhood with easy access to a nice beach. Jack left us great instructions regarding our stay and the binder/notebook in the property had all the other info we needed. We will not hesitate to stay again next time we are in NSB.

We had a wonderful time at Lexi's Loft / Jack & John's place... owners were responsive, provided all the thoughtful basics - paper towels, extra soap/shampoo & toilet paper, etc. Even the beach gear was pristine! Note: we didn't have small kids, but if you do, the stairs to the loft are a bit hard to navigate / fence off. Great owners' manual / binder with info, and quiet, calm get-away. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfectly comfortable. We had a lot of family visiting for Christmas and needed to spread out, and this was an awesome find. Sea is just an easy 4 minute walk to the white, powdery sand beaches. Beaches not crowded at all! Back porch had plenty of beach toys. Area was quiet, well lit, and seemed safe. Ample parking. Dishwasher, coffee maker, washer/dryer, everything we needed and then some. Lots of information about the area restaurants. Exceeded expectations. Exceptional host.

We booked for the rusty Wallace driving experience which got cancelled. We still enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the property!! It’s so spacious and has all the amenities. We would definitely come back to stay.

Had a great trip - condo was very nice with great location to the ocean, heated pool and tennis court. Will definitely rent again

This is a good property for a nice get away to New Smyrna. There are 2 bedrooms and a loft area. The beach is about a block away. There is plenty of room for maybe four people, it could get a little crowded for more than four adults. The place was clean and all major amenities are present. There isn't much of a view though. You have to go to the loft area to see a little bit of ocean above rooftops. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay. We would rent again.

This was place was perfect for our family's summer vacay! It was a great size for our family of four. We loved the beachy decor, it was clean and had everything we needed including beach supplies. New Symrna is a great town, not too crowded, with lots of cute restaurants and shops. Hosts were responsive, and the property was quiet and had a neighborhood feel. Would definitely recommend!

Great location near the beach. Owners were very responsive with any questions we had. We had everything we needed. It was a short walk across the street to the beach. The space was very spacious and beds were comfortable. We loved our stay at Lexi’s loft and would love to return.

All the amenities we needed. Other then clothes and food we had everything we needed. Should have brought butter. Outside could use a good powerwash but inside was as expected. Nice place to stay. Our kiddo loved the loft! Thank you!

We were very happy with our stay here, traffic was a little loud at times but the host provided ear plugs. There was nothing that we needed while we were there. Jack was very responsive to all our needs overall we were super happy with our stay here.

Condo is very well kept and has everything you need for an enjoyable trip. Would highly recommend for small to medium sized famlies. Property owner, Jack, is very responsive to anything that you need.

We arrived a little early and met Jack on his way in to clean He and John did a thorough job of cleaning before we went back to get in. Apartment was great and well equipped. Walk across road to the beach. Road is busy during the day but little traffic overnight. Enjoyed historic New Smyrna Beach both on beach and mainland side

Over the years we have stayed in a number of different units at a number of different Condo developments. This unit was by far the best! The unit is beautiful, clean, functional and filled with so many thoughtful extra amenities. We had a wonderful holiday and look very forward to staying again next year!

This spot is in a sweet condo/townhouse community. Getting to the beach is a 5 minute walk. The outdoor veranda is pleasant and there are basically 4 bedrooms. Although one bed is in an open loft. It's an incredible use of space. And the condo community is in a beautifully maintained jungle of sorts. There are beautiful paths for walking, tennis courts, shuffle board and 3 pools (one nicely heated). The area in front of the condo is serene but it does back up to a busy coastal highway. So be aware if you are sensitive to noise. It does quiet down somewhat at night. There is a full service grocery store within walking distance. And there are also some restaurants and shops also within walking distance. I enjoyed them all. The host provides all kinds of helpful info. It's a wonderful getaway spot.

We really enjoyed our stay although it wasn’t nearly long enough. There is everything you could possibly need right at your fingertips. Very close to the beach and the “wagon “ to help you get your things there is a nice bonus.

Although a little bit of a drive to the old town bar and restaurant areas it was still super easy to get around. The condo was nice and cozy but A1A is about 30yrds from the bedroom back doors and a bit loud for early mornings although they provide earplugs. It’s not super close the the beach but it was a really easy walk. I would easily stay there again if we were headed back to NSB

This is a well laid out condo, comfortable for the 3 adults in our party. The decor creates a warm and cozy space and the condo itself has good bones. It would benefit greatly from a good deep cleaning - the slip covers on the chair and sofa were grungy; the refrigerator shelves had food residue where the glass meets the white, side support brackets; shower and tub surrounds were black with mildew along grout and shower door tracks; the outside of the front door was dirty with fingerprints and black smudges so the first impression one gets before entering isn't the most inspiring. Keeping these areas better cleaned would enhance the loveliness of the space rather than detract from it. I think the owners care about their condo, and imagine it is hard to find time for more than cursory cleaning since it is so often booked, yet I encourage them to consider developing a plan to do more frequent deep cleanings. It would have been nice to have known before booking that the screened outdoor area fronted on a busy road. It was cold and rainy during out stay so we didn't use the porch area, and had we been able to I'm sure we would have acclimated to the traffic noise, yet it was a shock when we first arrived. We were also worried upon seeing the proximity of bedrooms to the road about the noise and getting a good sleep. The traffic abated about 10 pm and didn't pick up again until about 6:30am.. The owners provide ear plugs and white noise machines in bedrooms, yet we found them unnecessary, since we are late to bed and early risers. One thing we really enjoyed were the walking trails through out the Sea Woods neighborhood. This condo is fairly close to the beach, (although one has to cross a busy road to get there). Owners have provided lots of beach gear along with a cart for use in getting gear to the beach. The owners were responsive and very pleasant to interact with. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay.

Place was great my 12 year old loved the loft. They had the little things that were great! I.E toilet paper,paper towel, salt,pepper,coffee,trash bags. Beds super comfy. Close the beach! Loved this place would definitely rent from them again!

Everything was more than perfect. All of the 4 bedrooms were spacious and well furnished. The beds, linens and pillows were extremely comfortable. The 2 bathrooms had more than an ample supply of soaps, shampoos and towels. The condo fit 5 people comfortably. Check in and check out "notebook" was extremely well detailed and well written. Would go back to this 6 STAR condo in a heart beat.

This property was wonderful. It was just as advertised. Although not right on the beach, the beach is a 5 minute walk across the street, and the owners have everything there for you to get to the beach. They have a beach cart to pull all you need like umbrellas, chairs, coolers etc. to spend the day on the beach. The property is well maintained and the pool with a whirlpool right in it is wonderful. The bedrooms, kitchen, living room, patio and loft are very well decorated and it makes staying there a delight. If you have any issues with the condo, the owner will get back to you right away which I liked. It is close to golf courses in which we played 2 within a 20 minute drive. It is "The Perfect Place to Get Away From It All"
