Achei tudo muito antigo, vazamento no banheiro, uma tv antiga, porta com maçaneta que n funcionava!

Dinner , no one spoke English or Spanish so used Google to read menu. Food oK not special.
Steep stairs no lift. Outside staircase and walkways dangerous for children.
A bit tired and out of season feel to it but it wasn't and there were quite a few. staying

So close to the beach. Amazing views. It was my partners Birthday and was able to get set up with flowers and had the bed extra nice! Very polite staff and the manager was great. Food was good!

my room was separated to another one with a wooden door. I could hear everything from the other room.

the view is Amazon. you can watch the sunset perfectly form the room. the pool is very clean and has a decent size. I enjoyed swimming in it. the way to the beach is super close and you have chairs included. the beachfront is beautiful.
our room was quite dirty. the furniture is very old. there are a lot of ants inside the room, so be careful with food laying around. even without food, the ants wander around in the bathroom and in the room. the safe is antique. be well aware that no one speaks English in the hotel. (no one that we encountered) a big minus for an expensive hotel.

the only positive aspects of the property are location and staff
the property is absolutely outdated and in bad conservation. everything is very old, from the bathroom and beds to the facilities.

Balcony and view
Old , needs renovation and maintenance. Ants coming out of cracks, no microwave or coffee maker, long walk from center . Be careful, you can lock yourself out on the balcony. Staff does not speak English

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great beds. The view was great. Staff helpful. Good place to stay in Buzios. Beach Joao Fernandinho is great for kids.
It's a pity that the restaurant at the hotel was so expensive, I would have ate many times but not at those prices... Also breakfast was a bit repetitive for the weekend. Play room has toys/pingpong outdated.

I stayed in duplex suite with ocean view. The room is spacious with a king size bed, and has a huge balcony with breath-taking ocean view. Exceeds my expectation.
The breakfast is the same everyday, should change the menu from time to time
