Ambiente velho sem manutenção

Precisa de uma reforma urgente, lugar é fantástico com uma vista linda mas peca pelo apartamento com tudo Velho, paredes sujas, tudo quebrado, móveis em péssimo estado, enfim, tudo ruim tirando a localização e a vista

Banheiro muito pequeno, é tão apertado que você acaba tropeçando e se machucando.

The breakfast was standard, and tasty. The location was excellent. It wasn't anything amazing, but it provided a bed.

It was not very clean, there was hair leftover from the previous tenant. They have a kitchen, but literally nothing to use it with, so it's just for decoration. The couch smelled like a dog.

The Wi-Fi available is unstable and not reliable - it was not possible to work from the hotel, which was a basic pre requisite for this trip.

We throughly enjoyed our one night stay at Costa Victoria . The location was great and the views from the apartment are superb. The bed was also very comfortable.

No complaints.

Location and pool are nice. Price is somewhat fair for what you have accept.

Staff as most in vitoria are not customer focused, there is no willingness to help or to make your stay more comfortable. I think most of them should work with animals (they don't complain). Signs of refurbishment are all over but you cannot see improvemtns, towel are old, furniture is old and so are all curtains and blinds.

The room provided could use more maintenance. The state of furniture, such chairs and sofa, is deteriorated. When I arrived the bathroom sink was clogged. Two days into the stay I had to report it. This is supposed to be identified by the cleaning staff when they do the routine cleaning.
