Quarto com forte odor de cigarro e com manchas na parede. Atendimento do restaurante muito ruim.

ÓTIMO HOTEL. UM POUCO CARO, MAS VALE A PENA. É UM EXCELENTE HOTEL. E EU VOLTARIA LÁ COM CERTEZA. É MUITO BOM E MUITO BEM LOCALIZADO, COM VISTA INCRÍVEL.

ALGUNS FUNCIONÁRIOS TE AVALIAM POR APARENCIA. E ALGUNS FUNCIONARIOS APARENTAM TRABALHAR COM MÁ VONTADE. ME DISSERAM NÃO HAVER TAÇAS PARA ESPUMANTE E NÃO PEGARAM, E NO OUTRO DIA EU VI VÁRIAS PESSOAS FAZENDO O USO DE TAÇAS DE ESPUMANTE; OU SEJA, NÃO QUISERAM PEGÁ-LAS.

Gostei da acomodação. Hotel parece ter quarto mais antigo mas era espaçoso e limpo .

The shower is really good. The bed was incredible. The breakfast was ok.

The gym is very limited, the sky hall on the last floor was closed due to maintenance. The card used to enter the room was always getting unsynced, I had to sync it 5 times during my stay. The central air conditioner could be more customizable.

Room had great view. Good coffee.

The corridors looked a bit shook, carpets and skirtings had seen better days. Lever in the jacuzzi was loose and kept falling off and the air conditioning was very loud. Parking was a bit of a nuisance as we had to leave the car keys for someone to park every time we arrived. There was also a parking charge. Staff at the check in was condescending and intrusive.

The breakfast was delicious and lots of variety

Breakfast was very good. Nice large room, very clean.

Poor maintenance throughout the hotel, small swimming pool, expensive drinks/food. Staff did not always tend the bar at the swimming pool, had to call the front desk for a bartender many times. Very small selection of beers.

Took over 25 mins to check-in. I had two bookings over 3 nights and had to check in separately as their CRM system did not pick-up. No kettle or drinks provided for in room. Absolutely no stable internet, kept going down and was unable to conduct any business transactions, video calls impossible, which very stressful. No alternative given by the hotel. I ended up have to hire a shared office in one of the local shopping centres. Ordered an iron which was too be delivered to my room at 10:30 to iron a shirt for business meeting, after 3 separate calls to reception my iron eventually arrived at 15:50. I used a different shirt for my appointment. Breakfast nothing special better breakfast to be had in other hotels, with much larger selection. No black tea. Hotel room was in need of a lick of paint and obviously had not changed since last year when I first experienced the Golden Tulip.

Great hotel. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. All the facilities in the room worked properly, specially the air conditiong which was also very clean. Breakfast was rich and diversified, including gluten-free optios. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Pool, gym and sauna areas need new painting or renovation.

Not exactly a big issue, but some pool, gym and sauna areas already show signs a renovation (or just a new painting) is in order.
