Everyone enjoyed the house and location. The pool and waterslide was a hit with the kids. The rooftop deck was nice and we were able to view a few space launches. We would definitely recommend this home for large family or friend vacation.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. There were several thing that needed attention. Not enough towels for the house, some rooms only had 1 towel. There were no kitchen towels, pot holders or measuring spoons to cook with when I went to cook, which is super annoying! I had to go to store to get them because it took them so long to get them to me. The lights in the grotto of the pool didn't work, we called several times and it was never fixed, It made the pool area very dark in the evenings. The fridge downstairs kept flipping the breaker and our fruit went bad. The elevator is very temperamental and we would have to flip it off and on and mess with it to get it to work, which made it hard for my Mom who can't go up and down steps. There also was a huge palm limb that hang right down in front of our chairs while sitting at the pool (they never came to cut it). The house is beautiful, with some attention to detail it could be perfect but for what it cost it should be top notch

We stayed with 5 families and young children (10 kids under 4) and had the best weekend. The location couldn’t have been better for running back and forth to the beach, and the kids and adults loved the spacious house and pool/backyard. Everyone was very comfortable and had a great stay! Property manager was super responsive!

The rooftop was definitely the place to be for sunrise and sunset and a warm beautiful breeze. The house was very comfortable with beautiful bedrooms and decks. The grandkids had an amazing time at the pool with the slide. A few glitches along the way with a spa Jets not working, waterfall cave did not light up as the picture showed, the bikes in the garage had flat tires and the door knobs leading out to the deck were very loose and troublesome for the children to manage. All in all the place was amazing and we had a blast between the pool and the beach. We would definitely rent there again.

The house is in an excellent location for beach access and restaurant selection. The floors needed to be mopped. My grandchildren's socks were black on the bottom from walking around the house! The kitchen is not well equipped for people who wish to eat in. The room size was excellent and the pool was a hit with the grandchildren.

We stayed here for my birthday with a group of 15 people and the property was perfect for us. Super spacious, clean and great communication with property managers. Ping pong, mini golf, bbq and more. Few things to note : you’ll need to purchase paper towels as there was only one, the elevator is tricky to figure out and takes a long time. The kitchen and living room is on the third floor so there’s a lot of stairs. But overall amazing stay walking distance to the beach.

Great location
Our group of 10 ranged in age from 1 to 90. We selected this property because of the elevator, proximity to the beach, and the pool. When we arrived, the elevator was stuck on the 3rd floor, and my 90 year old grandmother with stage 4 cancer was on the ground level. The gate had been left open on the 3rd floor by the cleaning crew or previous guests. I sent a text message to the property manager asking for the elevator key at 4:30 the afternoon of our arrival. We had watched the YouTube tutorials that had been emailed to us, so we were confident that it would be a simple fix. He was quick to respond. He said they'd send a maintenance worker the following day to check on the issue because they don't leave an elevator key in the house for guests to use. After helping my grandma to the second floor and seeing how winded she was, we knew getting her to dining room on the third floor wasn't worth risking her health. We found a coat hanger in the closet, bent it to the shape of the elevator key from the video, and lifted the button so that we could open the 3rd floor door and shut the gate. It took us longer to scoot the chair to the key hole than it took us to open the door and close the gate. I never attempted to reach out to the property manager after that. You could tell customer service was not a priority. I understand that if we had needed the elevator as a matter of simple convenience to move luggage that there was no rush for him to send someone that night, but that wasn't the case. He was aware that there was a 90 year old in need of the elevator from our text conversation.
That was a poor start to our vacation, but the rest of the stay was smooth. The location is an excellent spot for families of all ages. The beach, numerous restaurants, mini-golf, and shopping are all within walking distance. The slide and pool are great for kids and were kept up well. You could see the water from the decks.
The house was in rougher shape than other rentals we've stayed at in the past. It could use a few days off so that they can do a deep cleaning and minor maintenance. If you want to use one of the bicycles on-site, bring a pump. All of ones in the garage have flat tires. All of the shelves in the kitchen fridge are broken or missing. The fridge in the garage doesn't work and the shelves from that fridge are not compatible with the upstairs fridge. Save yourself the time, we tried it. All in all, the location makes up for the minor short comings.

Great house that’s close to everything!
We had an amazing vacation with friends! This house was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and mini golf. The kids LOVED the pool so much. It was cleaned regularly and stocked with some rafts. Our only complaints were that the kitchen needed more pots, pans and cooking utensils, only some burners worked well on the stovetop and there were minimal bath towels, wash rags and hand towels. We had to wash them often! A bathroom by the pool would be awesome. The staff with AMI was awesome with communication! We would book this house again hands down!

Collage grad family fun
Overall the property was just as expected. Grand daughter graduating collage and used house for family gathering. Very close to the beach, lots of stuff close very walkable to restaurants, stores , shopping, grocery store all close by. Elevator didn't work upon arrival so getting stuff in was tuff and unexpected but things happen.
Overall we had a good sized group and plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home and great location
The home was large and spacious. Very clean. The home is in a great location. It's a short walk to the beach and several restaurants and bars. We rented golf carts which made it easier to get around the island than the large van we had. The home has a lot of steps. There is an elevator in the home. There is no bathroom on the pool level, which is not convient when hanging at the pool. The hot water tank is not nearly large enough to support the amount of showers being taken in a home this large. I did enjoy the home and the Anna Maria area and would rent again.

An Amazing Property!!
From the moment we drove up to our Tropical Hideaway and walked through it we were mesmerized by the beauty and elegance of it! My husband and I took our son and 2 daughters and their families for a weeklong dream vacation in Anna Maria Island, Florida to celebrate Christmas early. There were 16 of us and this house was absolutely perfect. Someone had reviewed that the mattresses were bad but we had all new mattresses which were amazing! We could not have asked for a more beautiful home and setting for our family getaway! Thank you so very much and we will be back!!

Family Vacation!
We throughly enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria Island! The house is in the perfect location.... great views of the sunset, close to the downtown area and right across the street from the beach. Great for large parties as there is plenty of room and we never felt on top of one another. We do wish that the mattresses were more comfortable and not so loud. They were extremely squeaky. As much as we loved the spacious house we would not rent again unless they were replaced. The garage fridge did not work and with the house being so large we felt it was necessary that it have two working fridges. We also had issues with the hot tub but the property manager had someone come out in a timely fashion and fix it but it did stop working the next day. The slide was huge hit with our kids! We do recommend this house but feel there are a few things that need to be upgraded for the price you pay.

Bring your own garbage bags
The house is beautiful and the location amazing. However it was the most expensive house I have rented and it was the worst stocked house I have ever rented. No garbage bags, coffee filters, salt and pepper, 3 dish washer cubes (1 I used to do last load as instructed for check out), no laundry or cleaning supplies, soap a sliver thin bar in each bathroom. If you need it you better bring it. Whatever you buy gets swept out clean by cleaning crew. Nothing accumulated and left behind for next guest. We did leave the Yahtzee game behind so if it doesn’t get swept up your welcome. A lot needs to be updated. The refrigerator does not keep food cold. Our milk spoiled 2 days before buy by date. The freezer kept the ice cream soft. Barely frozen. The dishwasher is corroding on the inside. The dish separators have snapped off because of corrosion. Dishes and bakeware need to be updated and brought current into this decade. The chair covers are filthy. Just replace them. The heated pool doesn’t heat; pool guys called out twice to fix hot tub still no heat in pool. It sits in shade all day so it gets pretty cold. The ping pong table is warped and pitted. Don’t bother using it. They should just take it out of there and remove the picture. Go play pool at the local sports bar if you want to do something. The house and area are great but for the price attention to detail is a must.

This house could not have been more perfect for our 8 adults and 5 kids. The location is fantastic, pool with water slide great for kids and adults, kitchen and dining area enough to fit all of us. The property managers were super attentive and helpful. Looking forward to coming back one day.

Location location location
We absolutely loved the house. With 16 women in one house for a week we found there were enough washrooms and spaces for all. The roof top deck was the cherry on the cake.
We never used the elevator as it was not working from the start and we didn't see the need to remedy the situation.
The hot tub, slide and pool were wonderful. As Canadians we felt the pool was a bit too warm but turned the hot tub on early when we wanted the rest of the pool to cool down a bit.
The only issue we had was the code for the door was reset on Sunday (our second day) without us knowing. Though the contact info says they are closed on Sundays there was someone available to return my message and email super quick.
We really appreciated having beach towels, shower towels, and dish towels but recommend an option for a dish cloth.
The blender works but it missing the stopper at the top so you just need to cover this hole.
Two coffee pots really helped with our quick mornings.
A dry rack would have been useful as we had a lot of quick-dri clothing (sports teams tend to have that) that needed to be hung up. Only a couple of hangers were available in the larger rooms.
The location of the house was just perfect. We had zero issues with parking as it seemed to be a less busy time of year.

Fantastic house for large group on AMI, will rent again!
This house is AWESOME! We will definitely rent it again!
We had our family of ten – 8 adults, one teenager and a toddler. We considered a lot of properties but chose this one due to # of bedrooms/king beds/private bathrooms and location. We also loved the pool, waterslide, hot tub, multiple balconies and great areas to sit everyone and eat/play games.
Top floor has a large master bedroom, king bed, own balcony, huge bathroom with both walk in shower & tub. Also on top floor is another K bedroom with bathroom right next door& laundry room,(worked great). Also on top floor is a nice open kitchen, big island, family room with couches/chairs also two big tables we used for eating/playing cards & games. There is a balcony in the front of the house that is accessed from the family room and another balcony in the back of the house overlooking the pool. From that balcony you can go up the spiral stairs to the rooftop deck which has a lot of chairs & high table; great place to watch sunrises and sunsets!
Kitchen had the main appliances. House comes with a starter kit but we drove up to Publix not far away to get more paper towels, dishwasher detergent and all the other daily things you need.
There is an elevator that worked fine for us. Eric has a great video online with instructions but we had no issues with it.
2nd floor had all the rest of the bedrooms, all kings except one which had bunk beds. Again there was a balcony in the back overlooking the pool and another one out front. So much fun space to use.
Bottom floor was a game area with patio table,chairs, ping pong table (needs a new one though, its pretty beat up), grill (worked fine) and plenty of lounge chairs. Pool is great, stayed very warm, hot tub was great. To work the pool properly just watch the video online, easy instructions. The waterfall & slide were is fun. Trees all around kept the area private. There is a garage with beach chairs & beach/pool toys & bikes.
Service was excellent. The can opener did not work so I called and they had a new one there in 2 hours.
Location was great. We had cars but didn’t use them except to run to the store. Everything was in walking distance and beach just a block away.
Beds were all comfy but I recommend the mgmt gets new mattresses; they all made a very loud crunching noise when you sat down or got up from the bed. That is only complaint, was annoying, but it would not stop me from renting again.

Tropical Paradise
For more than 30 years, our group has met once a year to play golf, hang out, and renew old friendships. We always rent one big house, and we've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly! This house is definitely one of the best we've ever had! First, the location is superb. One block from the beach, water views on both sides, and just a block south of the Cortez bridge, so no long waits in beach traffic to get off the island. Also plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within easy walking distance. As for the house itself, it had just about everything a large group could want. The beds and pillows were all comfy, there were more than enough bath and beach towels, the A/C kept us all cool, the wifi was good, and the kitchen was well equipped. There's only one diswasher, but we adapted by using lots of paper plates. Also, only one refrigerator (an old one in the garage was not functional) so we used ice chests to cool our beverages. The elevator was very temperamental, as many residential units are, and Eric had to come out once to reset it, but it worked most of the time. Large balconies on both sides of the house, plus the beautiful roof deck, gave us plenty of outdoor gathering space. Many in our group enjoyed the pool and spa and took a ride down the water slide! The house is clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this property for your beach vacation!

Great Family Beach House Getaway
There were a total of 24 of us (8 kids, age ranges from 1-7) that stayed in this beautifully spacious 3 level 7 bedroom house that just had so much room and plenty of bathrooms for a of us. It seriously is one block from beach access and plenty of great places to eat. I would highly recommend the king crab legs or fish and chips from Anna Maria Oyster Bay. Karaoke night was a blast Sunday night at The Drift Inn, Ice cream was so good at Joe's Sweets & Treats better then Island Scoops and further up the island Mr. Bones BBQ was phenomenal. This house was so much more than we expected. And for a last minute spring break trip for the whole family this place really kept us relaxed, entertained and enjoying our time. The pool, grotto and slide were a huge hit and our little double wedding ceremony that we held at the house went off perfectly.
The property manager ERIC was so easy to communicate with via text messages and really responded very quickly to any of the little issues we came across. Be prepared to have to deal with many people parking in the front of the house on the property and having to figure that out. It happened 3 times to us and I finally just had to start leaving notes on their windshields that their car would be towed if not gone by a certain time. Make sure everyone in your party is taught and told how to us the elevator or you will have problems. The GFCI pops in the laundry room so if the washer stops working just make sure its reset. The button is right next to the sink in the laundry room. Be advised bridge traffic trying to get back onto the island is horrific, bumper to bumper, turtle crawl. You can plan to sit in it for 1.5-2 hours depending on the day. I would try to just hit up the Publix on the island for anything you need it's only 9 mins north and very smooth driving back. A lot of the furniture is very worn, ripped, marked and torn, bedroom walls are starting to miss paint and marked up, some pictures are falling apart but after informing Eric of this he stated they actually plan to renovate soon.
All in all we are already talking about going back next year.
*Side note if your wondering about things you may need for the beach they have plenty you can use in the garage, more then enough chairs, a beach cart, tons of toys cor beach/pool.
Suggestions to property management:
• You guys need a trash can or 2 downstairs in the pool area.
• You need a bigger fridge upstairs or need to repair the one in the garage.

Spacious beach front house with a pool
This house was amazing with large bedrooms and an amazing pool with only be roughly 50 steps from the beach and in a very popular area with restaurants all around. An absolute gem of a place and would 100% stay here again.

Anna Marie Island House
Our experience was more than 5 star! This place rocks. Great location, a few steps from the Beach, and plenty of Room! Everything was exceptionally clean! There were 20 people at the house and at no time did we every feel crammed... Perfect place for a few families etc..! The owner even gave us some Local recommendations for lunch.... hidden gems. We will be back again!

Spectacular House!
We were looking for the perfect setting for our annual team building experience. We had a group of 18 adults (couples and singles). This house was beyond our expectations! Tastefully decorated with plenty of space and incredible amenities. The views/sunsets from the top porch were breathtaking. This house is walking distance to Bridge Street and the beach. The team agreed this house was the best one we have booked in the last 6 years. Eric was very easy to work with and accommodating. He even mailed back some items left behind. Looking forward to renting this house again!

Awesome place
We were there for our sons wedding and this place was great. There were 11 of us and plenty of room. The location was awesome stores near by, the beach a block away. The marina on the next street behind us you can rent boats, jet skis, and the dolphin tour was great. Eric and the team was awesome answered my questions and i had left a few things behind they are sending my way thanks so much i will come back!

14 Adults enjoyed an amazing week at the Tropical Hideaway on Bradenton Beach. This house is beautiful. 7 bedrooms, 7 baths, spacious family room / dining room and a gorgeous pool and recreation area on the first floor. The way the house is decorated is very appealing, you actually feel like you are on a tropical island.
The majority of us are seniors and having the elevator and all walk-in showers was a bonus.
Lots of fun things to do in the area and many good restaurants to enjoy.
Eric was extremely helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had.
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property as a perfect place to enjoy Anna Maria Island and the surrounding area.

Fabulous!
Very nice home! Eric was great to work with. We had 8 adults and 6 kids and the size was perfect! We all really enjoyed the pool and the amazing slide! The beach was literally less than a 5 minutes walk. The home provides 2 beach carts and some chairs. The carts don’t travel well through the sand though. If you would want shade at the beach you would need to rent umbrellas. I would suggest not renting the “beach shade.” It doesn’t provide much shade and if it’s windy out, forget it- it won’t stay up! We rented 2 of those and a cooler from Beach Bums. They were very nice and prompt delivering our items. There was one cooler there at the home. With the amount of people we had though, we had to use coolers for drinks just on a daily basis. The fridge was packed with food and milk! The couple of suggestions we all had was a bigger fridge, to provide some sort of vacuum or wet mop, and kitchen towels! We ended up buying some kitchen towels from the dollar store. With the amount of people we had the floor in the kitchen got dirty quick on a daily basis. We had plenty of beach towels and bath towels for everyone. We did wash them often. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer at the home! But don’t forget detergent!

Our family of 15 spent a week on Bradenton Beach for our 50th Wedding Anniversary (8 adults & 7 grandchildren - ranging in ages from 2-13). The house was just as beautiful as the pictures online. Every night and every morning we enjoyed drinks and coffee on the rooftop. The house was clean. Beds and linens were very nice. It was hard to pick a bedroom because they were all beautifully decorated. The pool was awesome! The water slide was a BIG hit with the grandkids (I should say adults too)! The entire pool area was a fun place to spend time. It was so refreshing to get back to the pool after spending time at the beach. Eric was always quick to answer any questions and take care of any concerns we had. It is a great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. And did we forget to mention, THE POOL IS AWESOME! We had a wonderful week in this house.

My entire family was in absolute awe with this house. Not only is it only a block away from beautiful Bradenton beach, the house itself is a dream vacation! It's basically a mansion with tons of space, open floor plans, and even an elevator to haul your luggage upstairs. The pool was the biggest treat. Hot tub, water slide, and even a grotto! We all just hung out by the pool and chilled. Was honestly paradise, and we're still kicking ourselves about not staying longer. We're already looking to go back! This house is definitely worth every penny. We will be returning to this location, no doubt.
