So as per other comments I can agree that the neighbours can be noisy but that is no fault of the host. And it is Spain sometimes the buildings can have thin walls.
However overall Pedro is an amazing host very attentive and replies quickly.
Apartment is equipt with everything you need for cooking etc and they even have chairs and a cooking container for when you go to the beach and an umbrella so you don’t need to buy one.
And it is so close to the beach also which is very convenient, we would love to stay again in the future

One of my best accomodation experience in Spain.
The apartment itself is very lovely. It has everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee machine, two beach chairs, and even a bag for shopping. Pedro meet us at a tram station and helped with the luggage. I wish we could stay longer.

Het appartement is gelegen op een centrale locatie in de stad. In een rustige buurt, zonder veel verkeer. Het appartement is wel erg basic en verwacht dus geen luxe. Wel alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig.

Apartamento muy bien situado, algo pequeño pero con todas las comodidades (faltaría wifi y a/c pero por el resto todo bastante bien). Pedro y Paqui son encantadores y siempre atentos a cualquier problema que surja. Volveremos seguro.

Un séjour agréable
La maison est très propre et bien équipée, l’hôte est très agréable et à disposition en cas de demande. L’appartement a une assez belle vue sur la mer et se trouve à moins de 8min à pieds de la plage (magnifique). Ce fut un séjour agréable et nous recommandons cet appartement !

Precios calidad perfecto. Un piso bonito y limpio al lado de la playa. Está en un sitio tranquilo, perfecto para ir con niños. Los dueños del piso maravillosos en cualquier aspecto!! Seguro que volveremos!!

El apartamento súper limpio y ordenado, cuenta con todo lo necesario en cocina y en la habitación. Teníamos hasta agua y leche en la nevera, cortesía del dueño. Todo un hecho. Pudimos hacer haya café. Muchas gracias por todo. Tuvimos unos días súper cómodos y la playa está a unos pasos. De hecho veíamos la playa desde el balcón. Hoy día, todo un lujo. Recomendado 100%

It all started with a text off pedro while we was on the tram coming from the airport when will you arrive and there he was to meet us and take us to the apartment .The apartment was spotless it had everything you needed even down to chairs for the beach .

Piso con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días tranquilos en la playa. Pedro y su mujer nos facilitaron cuna de viaje y trona para nuestro bebé, toallas, sábanas y todo lo necesario. El piso es correcto y cercano a la playa. Recomendable

From arriving at the tram station and pedros wife waiting to take us on the short journey to the apartment to leaving it was a fantastic location and a lovely apartment with everything you needed to make a very enjoyable holiday. I would certainly go back. Thank you Pedro and your wife.

Pedro et Paqui sont des gens adorables et serviables.
Leur appartement est pourvu de tout le nécessaire pour faciliter la vie quotidienne.
J'ai reçu de bons conseil pour le choix d'un restaurant afin de déguster une spécialité : la zarzuela, soirée au au-delà de mes espérances pour un diner en tête à tête,
La plage à 5 mn à pieds.
Le port aussi.
Je recommande fortement cette location qui était dune d'une qualité irréprochable.

The Perfect Holiday
For anyone considering this holiday let do not hesitate to book. The apartment is immaculate and has absolutely everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Situated within a short walking distance of a beautiful beach there are plenty of restaurants at reasonable prices.
I cannot speak highly enough of our lovely host Pedro and his wife who really went the extra mile for us. If I could award them ten stars I would!

Très bon séjour. Appartement conforme à la description, idéalement placé, confortable, beau balcon exploitable pour y déjeuner. Station balnéaire jolie, tranquille, belle plage et pour le bruit Benidorm est à 8 kms ! Pedro est une personne sympathique. Nous recommandons l'ensemble pour de belles vacances !

Lovely apartment
Spotlessly clean, sunny apartment with everything you need. Shops and bars etc are nearby in the town and more restaurants and bars down some steps on the beach road. Benidorm is a tram ride away if you want to enjoy a more lively night out. Pedro and his lovely wife are excellent hosts and always happy to help. I would definitely love to come back.
