Good location. Breakfast was delicious. Nice pool facilities and amazing view from the terraces.

Rooms are definitely in need of a renovation. Linens have stains or just are very old. Towels in the bathroom had holes in them. The shower was leaking so the floor was always wet. Towels in the Spa were also old and with holes.

Room, food, parking, etc

There was a party on the last floor organized by hotel and I was sleeping floor underneath. All night long I could hear music and party sounds.

Music from rooftop club is terrible , even on 2 floor (204/206 rooms) we can’t sleep at 2:30 am

nearly everything was perfect food, bar etc good.

BEDS ! mattresses were so unbearable at night my stay was supposed to be from Sunday to Saturday but I left Thursday night could not get to sleep neither of the nights can tell they were very cheap and not changed for years could feel springs inside, pillows you got this one oversized pillow and one standard which didn’t work using 2 as it was irritating.

paid parking, swimming pool and sauna is too small for amount of guests, we got there only in the evening, during the day was always super full

Good central location, SPA, breakfast

This is typical bed managged nice hotel in Poland. 1) you can park in garage auto only if you are lower than 210 cm so many SUV with Thule on roof can not park there.. 2) when you have luck and you park your car in garage you are lower than 210 cm, you have to wait as idiot in front of the door, till reception lady open the door, what took by us more then 3 minutes... When you have already your roomcard you will also wait in front of the door, because they don´t install there reader for card, so wait till reception open... 3) when you come from parking into the lift you can not push 5 th. floor where rooms are even if you have roomcard. Nobody write there that use another lift if you are hotelguest. 4) when you want to go to fitness, the same pitty situation, you have to ring on bell as in Pakistan and wait till receprion lady comes and open the door. Also on this door the roomcard reader is not installed... :-( 5) I went to fitness with my 10 years old sohn and he runs on the runningbelt and lady from fitness recepion told me that it is prohibitted to run on belt for children. Whatttt???? So I went with my sohn on room and this destoyed the whole relative positive experience with this hotel.

Breakfast had great selection of food and drinks. Parking was inside of garage and price was reasoanble

There is too much clatter on the desk. There is no place to put anything of your own stuff. When taking shower water is leaking from shower to the floor in the main bathroom.

Excellent location, artisan Christmas decoration in the Cathedral. Total serenity in the pool, an escape area for relax after sauna. Excellent for a stop in a long trip.

Our SUV could not be parked at the hotel (oversize).
