Location, close to the airport

Kitchen staff talks unprofessionally. Left me on the phone and was talking to another person without an excuse.

It's convenient to the airport, easy to get to. Fair prices.

Stairs were very filthy and two people staying in a room were given one towel to share. Choice of food in the menu wasn't available for order.

The carpet in the room was dirty. The lights in the bathroom didn't work. The air condition also wasn't working properly.

There were were not enough pillows in the bedroom. The bed is not roomy. Staff response is not bad but not satisfactory. It should be improved upon.

Proximity to Airport. But there are veter hotels around the area. Not worth staying here for this.

When the receptionist asked if I wanted to see the room first before paying, I should have taken that as a warning. After viewing the low rating on booking.com, I still wasn't deterred, after all, I was staying for just one night after late arrival. But this place is not even worth spending a night in. This was hands down the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed at! And for the price? Absolutely not worth it at all! The hallway leading to the room was damp and smelly, the rugs riddled with stains. The room I stayed in was old and worn out with rusty equipment, stained sheets and pillowcases, stained furniture... dirty bins, no towels (not that I would have used them anyway!), etc. For the price paid, not even a complementary bottle of water! There are no positives to this place and it should absolutely be a last resort stay (as it was mine). Very disappointing that Ibis has their name on this place. It is a disgusting hotel!
