- good location with fun and social bars. situated among mainly expat centre - easy walk to many tourist sites - quiet rooms without traffic noise

- we did book the cheaper queen room; but still, it was equivalent to a dungeon. The only window was barred and looked onto a laundry station. The bathroom tiles were painted black and utterly charmless. There were left over dirty towels in the bathroom. - the breakfast menu was overpriced compared to other eateries close by. And the mini bar prices were absurd, even for the capital; example $2.50 US for a bottle of water. - compared to other hotels nearby which we ate and drank at, the room prices at this joint do not line up. All of 100-50 metres away you can stay in a queen room with views and breakfast included for an extra $10 total. We should have done this. Look elsewhere for better quality for similar price.

Staff fantastic. Food was top class. Can feel like a little community in there that might or might not be your thing but very relaxed and free to do as you please. Would 100% recommend.

Housekeeping was outstanding. I loved sitting on my 2nd floor balcony watching the street life below.

Too many of the other guests smoked cigarettes and I could smell it sitting on my balcony and eating in their restaurant. Too bad.

Nice place close to the city center....facilities are good, clean and comfortable.

Would have liked more friendly stuff. No hot water in the early morning. Not good for solo travellers...no the best place to interact and socialise.

Everything - the entire place is set up beautifully, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, great pool, fabulous breakfasts and lunches, wonderful dinners cooked by a Belgian Chef, Happy Hour from 5pm - 7pm, and an onsite TukTuk driver who will take you anywhere you need to go at a reasonable rate. We had a wonderful week, thank you 😊

The room at the front is a little noisy.

EVERYTHING!! Great room, great pool, great breakfast, great staff. We can't fault anything and am looking forward to staying again on our next trip to Phnom Phen!
