The room has a simple and very nice modern style, and I really loved the large windows. Also the bed was very comfortable.
Nothing to say

The position is really good.
The room waas a bit old and with minimal and old furniture. Not nice and not so clean.
For the rate the hotel was not so nice.
4.3
Location central to historic area with lots of restaurants and sightseeing boats. Nearby local shops and hop on and off sightseeing buses and trams. Port Tasting at Calem port house worth a visit and the Cristal gardens. Interesting old world shop next to the Lello Library, Carmelitas on signage.
4.3
Perfect location close to the river and promenade. Staff couldn’t of been better. Always friendly and eager to help. Hotel has been updated and in excellent condition. WiFi worked very well.
The rooms may of been 21 sq m but a lot of that was wasted in the bathroom. Amenities were all there but not enough room to leave a suitcase open. We adapted of course but had hoped for more room. Larger rooms available but rated for more than two people.

Excellent location, spacious room, helpful and kind staff.
4.3
Staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing but fantastic feedback for them. Hotel itself felt accessible and welcoming. Rooms were clean and cared for.
No cooling facility in the room apart from having the window open, which wasn't ideal as it's a busy location but didn't detract from the good experience too much as we were staying in Feb.
4.3
Can't fault it. The staff are great & are a credit to the hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location

Has everything you need ,location amazing, staff so great, massive room.
Unfortunately the bed wasn't the comfiest but not a massive issue. Separately, I understand that is a historic building but it could use a dehumidifier in the room. Dampy wet smell everytime we would walk in to the room.

very clean room and the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mrs Marcela Marisa. At check in she gave us useful information about the city of Porto what to see and where to eat. Also the breakfast was perfect.

The hotel is good and new (or renovated).
The hotel is not well located. There was no place to stop the car. I had to stop in a taxi stop in front of the hotel to disembark my 81 yo mother. The chauffeur from the car behind started to verbalize me and kicked my car. No hotel staff came to help me or my mother. The suggestion to stop at this taxi-stop were from the hotel. They should explain to the guest the place is not safe to stop, even for a few seconds, to disembark an old lady.

perfect location for sightseeing
unfortunately there were major roadworks right outside the hotel which started early every morning. we realise that this was completely unavoidable but would recommend anyone staying there ask for a room at the back of the hotel

If you're on the fence.. Don't, just finish your booking!
4.3
Overall very good hotel with excellent location and very friendly staff.
The hotel has a major issue with the timing of their daily housekeeping. By the time you get back to the hotel in the afternoon, the room has not yet be cleaned!
4.3
The location is close to the water and to the bridge to Gaia. Being able to walk to Gaia is 10min is great. Gaia has the best views, great restaurants, and less crowded. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
The rooms are small and the AC doesn't do much. If it is summer, try to get a room that doesn't face the street. When facing the street the sun heats up the room. If it is cool outside then try for the street with balconies.

The staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was top class definitely kept us "going" all day.
Located in the heart of all the attractions. We stayed here before our river cruise and they upgraded us for our second stay.
Nothing

Excellent location. Helpful and friendly staff. Pleasant welcome. Kettle and coffee machine. Street view window
Ineffective air conditioning - seemed not to dehumidify at night - did not respond to temperature lowering.
Bedside reading lamps could not be directed to book while reading in bed.
No individual switches for bedside lamps - turned on and off only both at once.
Inconvenient placing of various room lighting switches.
Insufficient distance between TV wall and bed end.
In bathroom - not enough racks and hangers.
