Appartement wenn es nicht direkt an der Straße ist

Apartment bei dem man in jedes Zimmer schauen kann von der Straße. Heißt geschlossene dunkle Vorhänge dem ganzen Tag. Early check in obwohl Zimmer Ready 3h früher hat eine ganze Nacht zusätzlich gekostet!! Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Managerin freundlich, aber auch nur weil wir sehr beharrlich waren.

After 4 pm in order to use the spa you need to pay 12 h for an hour. The Spa area was cold 22 degrees. Room was still not ready for check in at 6pm We arrived at 12 pm It smelled like fried food in the lobby and elevator Heating in the room only worked sometimes and it was pretty cold. Light above the stove did not work

Good ski in ski out location, apartment size was good for 7-8 people, the living room was comfortable to spend time in. Carrefour and ski rentals are just downstairs so very convenient. You have all kitchen items needed (coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hob, kettle, plates etc).

Lots of facilities missing. It is marketed as 4 starts, but we didn't get any essential items for the kitchen (such as salt, pepper, oil, dish cloth, etc). We had to buy everything ourselves (including toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, etc) which seems very wasteful when most groups of people only come for 1 week. The 10 people apartment had only 2 toilets, which isn't enough, and only 2 keys provided, which also wasn't enough. When we asked for another key, they said they don't have another. The heating was also automatically controlled, so there were times when it was very cold in the apartment and we didn't have control over the heating. Pillows weren't comfortable (small and lumpy).

Spa facilities (told there is a free sauna but find out that it is just between 10 to 12 when everybody is out skiing).

Very good location and very nice staff. In general, everything was confortable and very well.

There was eventually a bad smell in the garage. The garage had ice in the entry road and I had to use and keep the car chains on during all the 6 days because the road was slipery and it was imposible to get in without using them.

5mins walk to La Croisette or regular busses less than 2mins ride. carrefour supermarket 50 yards away. Free use of swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. spacious living area (5 of us 2 kids under 3). comfortable sofa (a rarity in the Alps!)

Very practical accomodation for a family ski trip; bus to ski lifts outside the front door, supermarket 1 minute away, ski hire beneath the hotel, restaurant on site. Accomodation clean and comfortable.

Good standard good location and nice family friendly staff.

Amazing chalet, really spacious and good facilities. Great value for money and would definitely stay here again.

We were located in an outbuilding next to an apartment occupied by cleaning staff. To make it worse they played loud music until 4.00am on our first night

Access to the slopes was super easy although not 100% ski to door in late March. The staff were very accommodating as we arrived at 6am to make the slopes on the first day, so we checked in our vehicle hours before room check in. The same was true on leaving on the final day.

The pool was a little disappointing (it was cold). Let's just say a wide angle lens was used in the photography too. The lack of bed sheets isn't ideal either, but all in all this is high value for a reasonable price.

Good accommodation given we were on the top floor and away from the ski and boot rooms. There were rooms on the ground floors which I don't think I would have enjoyed as much. Too much noise! Ski in Ski out was good and overall a decent property which I would happily book again. Never did get to the pool!

The information regarding the booking was confusing with access to the spa being stated as included for at least two visits. On enquiry, we were told this was not the case!! Also one of the staff was simply rude. The other were helpful but did not always understand that when you have a booking that states you will receive certain adds on's that this should be honoured and not to simply say no. Again very frustrating. Also when calling to book additional items such as ski passes was frustrating to say the least. There are tow different teams . One for reservations made direct with MMC and one for those via Booking. The tel number provided is not the booking.com number thus always had to he transferred and the Booking number often unobtainable. and seldom answered. Took a week to get through to book the ski passes Note we were low not peak season thus should have been a lot better than it was. Definitely room for improvement.

Overall amazing value for money, it was our second visit there and not disappointed (again). Great location, ski to door access, grocery shop next door, still fairly close walk to centre and restaurants. Hotel restaurant is really nice too. Additional facilities like spa and pool are good too, although spa (sauna/steam room) you need to book few days in advance. Rooms were comfortable, and big enough. Some with really nice view too :)

Access to spa (sauna & steam room) needs to be booked in advance, usually few days. We were not able to get anything for same or even next day. Staff was mostly nice, although we got yelled at by one person (yep, guests were being yelled at by staff…) because she did not believe we should have a key — which we got from reception.

Great location, could go on the ski slopes straight from the hotel. Supermarket and ski shop close by.

The rooms didn't have any toiletries (not even a basic soap) even though the booking page mentions that they do. Had only one towel per person for the whole week and nothing included for the pool. I received tons of emails from the property before coming there and none mentioned the toiletry situation. The rooms were ok but rather small and the beds not very comfy. The apartment could also have been cleaner.
