room service as we ordered food but it got delayed as ot was sent to a different room.

Front Desk is not coordinating and helpful in nature I had to wait for 1 hours for Check in hotel.

Bathroom flush were not working in both the rooms. Pathetic experience

Rooms were amazing and huge, i would recommend this property to every one. Breakfast spread was fantastic, i didnt expect such good service and rooms for the price i paid. I loved the stay, Top of All it was Pet Friendly and pet was very comfortable there. Inhouse restaurant food was very good.

Only drawback is the location, it is quite far from palace and lake pichola, if you have a car then no problem else finding a cab will be a problem. Roof top restaurant was closed when we went even though hotel was fully occupied. they told it is off season so closed.

Nothing in particular

We stayed in the Royal Orchid hotel, Mewargarh Udaipur for 3 nights. It wasn't a pleasant experience. The mattress in the room had boblins. The bedsheets were dirty. It was only after 2 days and several reminders , that the bed sheet was changed . The flush in the bathroom was not working sometimes and required plumbing. The chair upholstery was torn.Overall a bad experience.
