A beautiful little Hotel in the best location in Chania. Exceptionally clean, very friendly owner and staff. The rooms are very comfortable, beautifully decorated and well provided. I highly recommend Fivos Pension for a great Chania experience.

Perfect cozy little room for a quick stop in Chania (I spent two nights). The price is great for this location, and the location is just perfect, right at the old Venetian port and close to restaurants and bars.

I prefer a slightly softer mattress.

Fantastic location, charming small room with every amenity, including immaculate toilet and shower. Beautiful hot shower with dual rain shower head and powerful handheld, with glass door off of bedroom and a separate room from the toilet- a luxurious touch! Julia responded immediately with helpful friendly advice to my messages. Will come again:) If you have any disability, be aware that taxis cannot drop you at the door because Fivos is on a gorgeous old winding cobbled lane.

Some people they do not understand that those buildings are old and they do not have soundproof, they don't care and make a fuss at night. There are warning in the building but some people ignore them

We had room 5 with the private terrace. Superb views over the old Venetian harbour and close to the buzz of the old town. Hosts delightful and helpful.

Couldn't improve on anything

Julie was extraordinary and helped us with tips on where to eat and what to see when the weather was not perfect for the usual trips one would get around Chania. She was always available via whatsapp and even helped me with what medicine to get as I got a cold as soon as we landed in Greece. We had the economy room whicj was small and cute with literally everything you could need. From ironing table to places to hang your wet towels, everything was organized in such a way to optimize the small space. The location of Fivos is just perfect. You exit right in the middle of old town in Chania. Amazing.

I rented the top floor studio and couldn't be happier with my choice. It comes with an amazing terrace overlooking the Venetian Port, the view is breathtaking! The windows of the studio itself overlook a quiet garden, with a splendid mountain view in the background. The cleaning was top-notch, the place is simply spotless. It was partially a work trip for me so I used wi-fi a lot, including for zoom calls, and the connection was very strong. And last but not least - the hosts! They are amazing, welcoming people who run the place very well. Highly recommended!

From my point of view - nothing! But if you are disabled or otherwise have reduced mobility, choose rooms on lower floors. There are steep stairs to the studio.

The hostess was super nice and thanks to her help, I was able to print some much needed documents for my trip to Santorini. Netflix was readily available without the need of a personal account in room number 1. The thing that impressed me was that everything simply worked flawlessly in my room: the air conditioner dropped the room temperature very quickly when turned on, the shower was a big rainshower that gave warm water quickly, the Internet was fast, there was a nice espresso coffee machine, a proper fridge and the TV was a modern smart TV. Despite the small size of the room, everything had been thought out very nicely and the experience was good overall thanks to that.

The room doors at least on the first floor didn't have sound-proofing, which made it possible to hear everything clearly from and to the corridor

The location is perfect! Lovely spot at the centre of the old town. The building is aspiring! The coffee was superb

The room we stayed in has small windows and the air can never be fully fresh or breezy. The bathroom door is not sealed and has a gap between it and the door frame. This makes it a bit awkward sometimes.
