The place was small, clean and peaceful. Cheap and affordable.

They messaged us after 3 days that one of the towel are missing, and they asked us to pay 750 pesos. My mother stained one pillow case but they are insisting that we stained Two towels. We’ve been traveling to different cities and going in and out of the country first time this happened to us. Be careful!

I paid for gate pass but everyday I need to pick up my ID in other place, hassle for us. atmosphere very dirty outside the house need to do something about it really sad. toilet don’t flush properly need to fix it to work. house didn’t clean properly.

In my eagerness to stay again in this property, I immediately booked for my return trip on the following week. I was happy to get a confirmation; but in a couple of minutes the property owner messaged me that my booking had to be cancelled due to earlier commitment or double booking on my chosen dates via another app. At first, I was dismayed but I understood that it was not the fault of the property owner yet the latter was humble enough to apologize. I suggest booking.com had to check on this double booking so as to avoid inconvenience to your avid customers.

This is a review for the 14A Wayfield St. property. The interior was simple but nice and clean. Complete kitchen. Good cable TV and wifi. Quiet neighborhood. Your home away from home.

The facade could use sprucing up.

Booked for a few friends, really spacious for a group of 6. Complete facilities and comfy for a staycation. Location is 👍🏻 since its in Belair, near Paseo and Nuvali. Inside was clean and presentable! ☺️☺️☺️ loved the place. One of my friend even said, if she could, she’d buy the house. 😉

The water, although filtered, was not potable. I would suggest to bring your own mineral/distilled. Front porch and back area would need some cleaning and maintenance.
