Satisfied with all the amenities, room was spacious, staff were nice as well. Also enjoyed the fact that bath tub is available. Will definitely book here again.

Breakfast was good and dining area was clean.
Toilet seat was cracked, mattress was very hard and uncomortable.

Upon entering and leaving the hotel, the lobby had a stench of food. Otherwise, everything else was great.

AS basic hotel with basic facilities.
The hotel wants to appear better than it really is. I found the reception staff to be most unhelpful in regards to arranging transport to another location in Santa Rosa. "Sorry Sir Kenneth, no taxis....no trikes either". They didn't even bother. If it was my hotel I would organise something with several of the local trike operators at a minimum to provide SOMETHING for my paying guests. We had to walk hundreds of meters (in the rain sometimes) to access a trike to take us into the mall at Santa Rosa.

Location is good as it is close to many companies , if you are here for work. Also, there is shopping center near by which is a plus. shutter service is free
bug in the room , little fly like things. tube 's water head is broken and no hot water, I was too lazy to ask hotel to repair because after looking at it I wasn't going to use it anyway. water in the shower isn't hot , if you like me like hot shower.
room service are very ACTIVE, open the room door on me twice when i didn't respond to them in time. WIFI sucks , it stops frequently.

Hot water don't come ,,breakfast has nothing, not worth for what I paid the money
Always problem of hot water , and don't like breakfast also , its not worth it paying over hundred dollars for night , that place not worth it more than 30 dollars a night

There are located in paceo out. It's very near at i was enjoy to shopping& massage . the hotel staff are very kind~ im definitely choose when i come back

We had a very spacious room and the bathroom had a bath tub and seperate shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from our room on the sixth floor was really nice.
The hotel needs some maintenance. There was dirt falling from the fan in the bathroom. Also the bed was very hard and not that comfortable.
