Bel appartement, situé en plein centre de Saint-Sébastien, (Gros, siège de la Catalogne). Extérieur, très ensoleillé, WI-FI gratuit et climatisation, à 150m de la plage de Zurriola.
Bel appartement entièrement rénové en 2013, premier étage sans ascenseur, avec balcon et équipé d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et d'un système de climatisation, vue frontale sur le parc du siège de la Catalogne et vue latérale sur la plage de la Zurriola à 150m. Plage "La Concha" à 500 m.
Composé d'une cuisine centrale ouverte sur l'extérieur et grande, salon / salle à manger, avec un canapé. Deux chambres doubles avec lits de 1,80m. Salle de bain complète avec douche et WC indépendant. Avec une buanderie.
Notre jour de passage est normalement le samedi, pendant la semaine où je travaille dans une entreprise, je ne suis pas un professionnel du tourisme. Quand j'ai réservé à très long terme comme c'est le cas, j'aime le faire de cette façon, car cela me donne l'opportunité d'une bonne planification, ainsi que la même contingence de puissance dans le trajet des passagers. week-end, je suis libre de mon travail. C'est la raison pour laquelle nous louons pour des semaines entières du samedi au samedi.
La voiture n'est pas nécessaire, compte dans ses environs avec bars, restaurants, supermarchés, etc. Près du centre culturel Kursaal, idéal pour profiter de la plage, faire du surf, profiter de la gastronomie, etc.
Parking: juste en face de 10m, parking souterrain payant "Plaza Catalonia" et à 200m parking souterrain payant "Txofre", il y a la possibilité de laisser la voiture dans une zone libre et d'utiliser le bus pour prendre la voiture.
Avec d'excellentes liaisons de communication avec Bilbao, Biarritz, Baiona et les charmantes villes et villages environnants, tels que Zarautz, Getaria, Fuenterrabía…
Saint-Sébastien est situé à 20 km. de la frontière française, permettant des voyages à Hendaye, Biarritz, St. Jean de Luz ... en plus des zones côtières comme Fuenterrabia, Zarauz, Guetaria ou Zumaia, et même le musée Guggenheim de Bilbao. Le pays basque est un lieu de montagnes, de plages et de bonne chère. La gastronomie occupe une place de choix dans la nature dans cette ville connue dans le monde entier pour sa cuisine et ses chets, qui rassemble 16 étoiles Michelin (Arzak, Berasategi, Subijana, Aduriz, Azurmendi).

My family and I visit San Sebastián often and this is our favorite apartment of all we have seen. The location is lively with great restaurants and activities nearby, so close to the beach, and an easy walk to other, more touristy neighborhoods. My kids loved the playgrounds across the street and the nearby Txofre Plaza. The apartment itself is sunny, nicely renovated, and well-appointed. The host is lovely and attentive. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Jabier was great at communicating prior to check-in and was very attentive during stay. Apartment is very conveniently located in the Gros neighborhood just two blocks from the beach which is what we wanted for close access to Zurriola. Apartment is clean and simple. A/C works great. Overlooks busy square but windows kept the outside noise out. We had a few nights where we could hear the upstairs neighbor walking back and forth late at night on the weekends but that comes with the territory being an apartment in a city in Spain. We were overall satisfied with our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Joseba’s apartment. It had everything we needed for our stay in San Sebastián. The washing machine and drying area was a bonus. The kitchen is well equipped but we only really used the kettle as we ate out every day. Joseba’s recommendations for eating places were spot on. The bathroom is small but there’s lots of hot water and a powerful shower. The second toilet is a bonus. The aircon worked great. The area is lively with small children playing in the park area during the day, which was lovely. At night it was quiet, with the double glazed windows shutting out any potential noise. Everywhere was easily reachable on foot. All 3 beaches are different but lovely - lots of Spanish families 😀. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in Joseba’s apartment and the Gros area when we next visit San Sebastián.

Comfortable rooms overlooking a beautiful church.
The square in front of the church is a place of relaxation for local residents, where children can be seen playing happily.
The bright rooms are wonderfully decorated with a great sense of style and all the furnishings are in place.
The owner and his wife, whom we met upon check-in, are truly lovely people. All of the bar recommendations given to us by the owners were excellent.
The old town is only a 10 minute walk away.
The neighborhood has great bars, restaurants, and charming stores and is the best place to live.
It is a long way from Japan, but we will definitely visit again.

Very pleasant apartment in a great neighbourhood. Gros is a cool area of the town with a surfer beach a minute away - a fun beach for non surfers as well. A lot of great bakeries, cafés, restaurants… a short and pleasant walk to the old town and La Concha beach. The apartment had everything we needed, excellent kitchen, pleasant atmosphere and a nice view on the square and church. The host was great - very helpful, friendly and responsive. We felt very secure and had a lovely time.

The apartment is close to everything. It is a short walk to many restaurants and the beach. It is about 10 minutes to the old town. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for 3 people. The kitchen has everything to cook meals. Internet is fast and there is a/c in every room. There is a washing machine as well.
There is paid parking across the street that is (I believe) €28.50 / day. If you download the Telepark app you can reserve a spot starting at €25 / day and it goes down if you reserve multiple days. Parking on the street is not really an option since you can only pay 90 minutes at a time.
There is some street noise during the morning and day (you are in a city) and there were lots of kids playing across the street. The windows, if they are closed, block most of the noise though.

The apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable and well located. Easy walk to the beaches and old town. The Gros neighborhood was itself a joy to explore! Joseba was welcoming and provided great recommendations for local dining.

From the moment we were greeted by our host and shown around, we knew we had booked the perfect flat for our extended stay. This modern space with beautiful historic beams in the center for structure but also aesthetic warmth made this place absolutely perfect for us. The rooms were so efficient with built in storage in each bedroom.
The balconies to the public square in the neighborhood of Gros made for new interest each day, whether it was a puppet show for the children or a farmers market for our local grocery needs. To be able to open the door and see the park in front of you or the ocean down the street to the right was quite a bonus.
The apartment beds were also quite comfortable which is so important to us. So much so that I was wanting to know where the pillows were from so we could buy one for home.
Great cafes nearby, excellent transportation available within a few steps (but you can walk most places), and an easy walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful time in San Sebastian and couldn't of picked a better place to stay. It's location is great and you can see the beach from the balcony. If you want to cook the apartment is equipped of every cooking facilities you would need. The apartment is clean, fresh and modern will definitely recommend it to friends. The host Joseba is extremely friendly and gives great advice on restaurants etc.

We loved our stay at this sweet apartment. It had everything we needed to feel well set up with our family. We were traveling with our three year old daughter, and found the apartment safe, clean, with all the amenities we needed. Two bedrooms with large beds allowed us to spread out. The apartment had a high chair, a pack and play, and beach supplies. There was laundry, a great kitchen, and most importantly, a playground across the street. Every morning we could watch the kids playing out the window as we had breakfast, and then run down to join them. Our host was the nicest person, and met us personally to explain the house and answer any questions. He also had a wonderful book with recommendations for kids activities, restaurants and more. It was a wonderful home base for us, and we would definitely stay again!

Recently stayed for two weeks at Joseba's apartment in Donostia with my wife and infant daughter. The apartment is VERY comfortable and well-equipped: Excellent cooking supplies, some things for the beach, laundry in-unit, 1.5 baths, smartTV, stereo, etc. We had a very comfortable stay. It is also perfectly situated in Gros: 1.5 blocks to the beach, ~5 min to old town, a playground and plaza right out front, tons of restaurants (Senra, Bergara, Pajaro, Lobo, Geralds, Hogar Dulce Hogar, Bodega Donostiara were our favorites), a huge grocery store, and parking. Our favorite part was waking up each morning and relaxing each evening by opening the huge doors to the balcony and listening to the church bells and city sounds. We came here hoping to feel perfectly at home for 15 days, and that's exactly how we felt!

The apartment is in a fantastic location in the heart of the Gros District and with every amenity you could wish for on your doorstep.
It is just a stones throw to the beach and there are great cafes, bars and restaurants very close by. The small shops and boutiques are beautiful.
It is a lovely walk to the Old Town and to both Concha and Onderetta beaches.
The apartment is excellently equipped with everything you need including the air conditioning which is effective and very quiet. There is plenty of storage, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen a very high spec.
Joseba was very helpful and gave us really great information when we arrived.
I would visit again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
