The promised wifi was non-existence! The beds had spider and cockroach on them when duvet lifted.

Instead of the advertised living-room couch, there were two double beds in the bedroom (which was not separated from the living room). Bathroom floor sloped the wrong way, so when showering tended to get wet all over.

The owner has changed the check out time from 13h to 11 am after the reservation was made. They started knocking at the door starting from 10h55, and while I was at the meeting by videoconference, they told me three times that check out is at 11 am but not 13h00 as I was replying them. Being forced to quite the apparemment during the meeting that I was animating, I had to finish it in the car, and could not check all my belongings. The owner never indicated that I have left my personal things in the apartment. Horrible service and no respect to client. Booking com has confirmed the change of check out time and they have contacted the owner several times, but the owner has refused to compensate my expenses. Owner told me that this is my fault as I never told them in advance what time I will be leaving. Really sad experience.

Communication prior to arrival was great with prompt responses to our messages, open plan with tiled floor was great for our 2 large dogs, good facilities for a one night stay, great location 15 minute walk into Metz town centre with a Lidl just around the corner for fresh pastries in the morning, great value for money for this very clean studio

Being a bit picky really but we had no TV remote so had to get off our bum and change channel old school, unable to let light into the kitchen as the shutter was broken although we were left a polite notice explaining it was out of order, there was no coffee available (instant) or pods for the machine at the property

It was very nice and clean and the communication with the host was very uncomplicated. Thank you!
