It was beautiful and well maintained, good food and pool.. breakfast was included and was yummy… met nice set of people there as well! Smooth stay and check in process

The property is at a very secluded place People who want absolute privacy and calm atmosphere should stay there

The location is very bad it’s at very out of town kind of place there is a lot of problems with transport facilities no cab is willing to come at the hotel we had to walk a lot every time we wanted to go out

The property looks great with a nice pool and in house bar and restaurant. Three beaches Ozran, Vagator and Anjuna are nearby within 4 km distance. The staff is very courteous.

1. Restrictions on having outside drinks and food is a big turn off. 2. The In-house bar (Ozran kitchen) is very expensive. A roti costs 70 rupees +taxes+service charge. The food was also not upto the mark. 3. The dorms are always open, they should have some lock facility. 4. The 5 bed dorm bathroom must have door hooks to hang clothes. Their is no place to hang/put your clothes in the bathroom.

We’d like a refund on the stay. We booked for 2 days but stayed there for only 1 due to bad conditions. Beds smelled.

The hotel's compound itself is pretty decent. The restaurant upstairs is nice and breezy, although a little pricey.

The kiddie pool was causing a stench because of the filthy water. The adult pool was very clean, but had no depth gradient, making it a little difficult to enjoy since it was deep throughout. The room's lighting was very dim even with all the lights turned on. It was really straining our eyes after a point.

The property was very good.I liked evry staffs they were soo good.Food was tasty.The more I liked was the cat which was there in that restaurant❤

I dint like was the entrance of our room was soo dirty.No clean.There is NO privacy even for open shower which I choose.Whole openings can be seen when we take open shower.When I On the shower there was a sparks beside with a connected wires.then we covered with a plastic.

Stayed at the property for 8 nights. Well equipped rooms with good room service. The front office staff was very unprofessional. I was smoking in the balcony throughout my stay and had an ash tray in my room at the end of my stay when I was checking out the manager Vaibhav Naik asked me for ₹2000 as fine for smoking whereas nothing was an issue for the 8 days I had an ashtray in the room. On explaining him that I just kept it in my room and did not smoke inside he wasn’t ready to let me go and forced to pay. I almost missed my flight because of him but then he wasn’t satisfied enough to call me even when I was back in Jaipur and ask me for money. Continuously called me and ended up the call by abusing me. On trying to contact the General Manager for the same issue he wasn’t ready to talk on the phone. Very unprofessional team. Be careful when you book this property. Even after being a long stay guest and paying a sum of ₹40,000/- the staff finds out ways to take money out of you? Shameful.

The staff is very helpful. Property is pretty. Overall ok for a budget stay

1. The food is very very average. 2. They need better quality toilet paper for sure. 3. There are only two electrical sockets in the room apart from one for the kettle, and only one was working, so it was a bit challenging. 4. The also had not renewed their tata sky subscription so tv was not operational unless you log into your own OTT accounts.
