O café da manhã achei muito simples, com pouquíssimas opções. A localização do hotel é ótima!

Somente o café da manhã poderiam reavaliar a variedade/opções de pratos, bebidas, frios, frutas, etc...

L'attention du personnel et la qualite du service en general

The location is perfect. Close to good restaurants, to the Ibirapuera park and to the finantial district.

By photos, I expected a modern hotel, but the room was old (renovated a bit but still looked old). The price was very high for such a simple room. I think the price is related to the location. And the gym was only OK (the treadmills must be 20 years old...).

The staff team was very kind, giving all the support that I needed. And this was with all of the service team, not only one. I was very impressed by their focus on client service and my satisfaction during all my stay.

Wifi stopped working at times. Gym machines were not calibrated (speed measured was completely wrong).

close by to many nice restaurants, supermarkt, farmacies. good breakfast, confortable bed. they provided a bassinet and bath for my baby!!

reception and bar is very modern but the lift, hotel rooms and corridors are very dated. price is too much for what it is

location, design, staff, price was good. I have to emphasize that the staff were very helpful. I wish we were staying more … we were on our honeymoon, and it was our first time in Brazil and we don’t speak Portuguese, so having a helpful staff was essential. thank you INNSIDE team!

You seriously can’t beat this location!!! Just a few blocks to two of my favorite restaurants, Fruteria de São Paulo and São Bento. There are tons of other shops and restaurants within walking distance including a lot of chic boutiques on Joao Cachoeira street. There is a taxi stand directly outside of this property which made it very easy for me to get to the city center for a tour I had booked. I even walked to Parque Iberapuera. The rooms were huge and very clean. And, surprisingly quiet given this is a bustling neighborhood. Everybody says the breakfast is fantastic, but I didn’t catch it because I came in from California and with the time difference, I slept through breakfast. I would definitely stay at this property again.

My room was on the second floor, so I didn’t have very much of a view. I was hoping to be able to get a feel for how huge of a city this is, and I’m sure the upper floors have a better sense of that. I found that when I checked in, no one spoke English, so if you don’t know any Portuguese, just be prepared for that.

the fragrance smell in all parts of the hotel including reception. toilet didn’t flush very well and shower power could be better.
