A localização é o ponto mais forte, aliada à uma bela vista da praia. Piscina de bom tamanho, café dá manhã bem servido, com várias opções de frutas, pães, sucos, queijos, e tudo mais. O ambiente é tranquilo, os quartos são aconchegantes e limpos, há uma vaga de garagem para cada apartamento sem custo adicional, a recepção é 24h e todos são muito gentis, educados e prestativos. Foram 6 dias de tranquilidade à 300m da praia, dá pra fazer alguns passeios à pé inclusive. São apenas 700m da Lagoa da Conceição.
Na minha opinião não houve pontos negativos, correu tudo bem em nossa estadia.

Excellent place to stary nice Breakfast, nice view, close to the Public Transport and many place to visit like some drink something. I love this place is close to many restaurante too.! Nice arquitecture too.!

it’s a Pousada catering to Brazilian guest , staff don’t speak English , no one. The cleaning of your room/ apartment is ones in the 4 days , which is okay however they don’t provide you with a broom , cleaning towels, soaps etc. being at the beach area you need to have basic cleaning materials. kitchen facilities in the apartment are broken , old and feels dirty.

We loved our stay at OYO, we had the room overlooking the beach and it was absolutely wonderful. It was clean, and the staff were great!
We thought the breakfast could have been included in the price of the stay for what we payed.

The place is very close to the beach. And it's wonderful to have an ocean room. The staff are very friendly. And I enjoyed having a kitchen with a stove to feel at home. There is cleaning service every other day.
Overall this is a great place. Personally, I'd like a few more kitchen items (bowls!) though I did manage anyway. And a coffee table would be nice so there is more than the tiny nook table to eat at. Otherwise, wonderful.
