Location is excellent, just front of sandy beach

Apartment Kitchen and bathrooms are very old, need fully renovation first. Bathrooms tiles are broken even & we inform owner in advance, he also know that. Balcony chair has huge iron rust due to sea weather effect + plus balcony glass mirror is broken even found. Silicone of tile gap filler not proper felled in all house, this you can see in entrance of home , bathrooms, kitchen too. Master bed room lamp light was not working and i inform the owner, but they don't change it. what I paid like Euro 400 per day, according property don't match it. Bed Room of & but leaving room Sofa bed need to change, inside dunlop not good any more in sofa bed. My idea, owner don't spend money to maintain flat very well, after all he just using for renting purpose.

Appartment is completely ruined, wallpaper coming off walls, water in bathroom without possibility of temperature regulation (only scorching hot available), electrical installation in ruin (cannot switch multiple devices at the same time like tv and oven), wifi works only in living room, person giving keys not available, dishonest and drunk, also charged 500 euros deposit instead of 300, and double charged for cleaning, despicable!!! Stay away!!!

Big apartament at the seaside, great terace.

The floor was dirty în livingroom, terace and WC. This was the only negative thing. Otherwise the apartament îs nice with nice pieces of furniture. Pic was very nice. All în all was a nice experience, Cannes îs great
