Bathroom was new, however the entry into the shower was hindered by the size of the hand basin. One wouldn't want to be a really big person, they would not fit. being on the large size myself I found it a little difficult.

This is a budget style hotel. Very clean and comfortable.

This is not about the hotel itself. Other guests talked loud and used inappropriate language outside the rooms until very late in the evening In the early morning they smoked in the outside area causing the stench of cigarettes to come into our room. We left at 5:00am in frustration

Location was fine, room was clean however you needed to be a dwarf for any comfort at all the room was so small. We traveled to Young on the Saturday & stayed at the Colonial Motel & the difference spoke volumes for a measly $5 more per night.
