Un chalet moderne lumineux et spacieux construit dans un style traditionnel dans le coeur de Broadstairs. Il est une promenade facile à la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Il y a une place de parking privé dans la cour derrière la maison. A l'étage, il y a une chambre double spacieuse, une chambre double avec lits de luxe adaptés pour les adultes, et une chambre simple. Il y a une salle de bains moderne avec baignoire et douche à l'étage et un vestiaire en bas. Le salon est spacieux avec deux grands canapés et un fauteuil. Jouxtant le salon est une cuisine / salle à manger séparée avec table à manger pour accueillir 6. Il y a un patio à l'arrière de la maison. Un lit Voyage et chaise haute sont fournis. TV / DVD et WiFi sont disponibles gratuitement. Ceci est un nouveau let de vacances annonce que nous avons beaucoup de disponibilité pour l'été.

Yet another great stay at this perfect property. This house is so well located and there’s everything you need for a fabulous stay in Broadstairs. The parking space is definitely an added bonus. We’ll be back next year!

Immaculately clean. Very comfortable, especially the beds. A real home from home. Broadstairs is very interesting and ideally placed as a base to explore the surrounding towns and countryside. Would recommend without reservation.

What a well presented comfy cottage, in a great location, close to all you need but far enough away from the noise of the bars. We had a 2 night stay and found the check in easy and communication was excellent. Loved our stay and will definately be booking time and again.

The property was clean bright, well equipped and matched the online description. Only 5 minutes walk from Viking Bay and the shops and restaurants in Broadstairs, definitely a good option for a relaxing holiday on the Kent coast.

The accommodation was very clean and the kitchen in particular was very well equipped compared to other holiday homes.
Communication was always friendly and straightforward.

We loved our stay in this well-situated, well-equipped, clean and comfortable house close to the beach and town centre. The owner was very helpful and communicative. Broadstairs is perfect for families with children, there are lots of good places to eat, and those lucky enough to have a resident babysitter will find plenty of plac s to eat out or have a drink in the evening.

Another brilliant stay in this wonderful property. This has to be our fifth visit and we never tire of this house or Broadstairs. The house has everything you could possibly need and Peter (the owner) is exceptionally helpful. Nothing too much trouble. We love this house and hope we can keep coming for years to come.

Forge cottage is in a perfect location in the centre of Broadstairs close to the harbour and with private offstreet parking. It is walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, pubs and groceries. The cottage was warm and comfortable with everything we needed for a January stay.

Ideal location for our 3 week Christmas holiday to see family in the UK. The house was perfect for our family, with two older teens. The Christmas decorations were a lovely addition. Peter went out of his way to help when we arrived as the town water was cut off.
We would recommend staying here again.

Holiday break in Broadstairs
We know Broadstairs very well and were looking for a new property to rent. Forge cottages were excellent. Very good location and, which is hard to find, good designated parking. The cottage was spotless, thanks to Lorna the lady who looks after the property. Everything you needed was there and it was homely and cosy. We needed to ring Peter, the landlord, about a couple of things and he sorted everything out immediately. We would definitely look to stay there again.

Perfect location
Really comfortable property and in a fabulous location, only a few minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants. The cottage is very spacious and we loved having use of the free allocated parking space. We'd definitely return to this property.

Nice house, nice town
The house was in wasy walking distance of the town, far enough away to avaiod noise but close enough to stroll to pubs and restaurants.

"Lovely cottage and great location"
This is a lovely cottage in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and the centre of Broadstairs. The cottage was everything we had hoped it would be and the parking and location are an added bonus. We stayed for a week but wish it could have been longer. The cottage was spotless and had every facility you could want.
The owners Peter and Sarah were so helpful and there was no problem after having to cancel last year because of the Covid situation.
We would definitely recommend this cottage and will be sure to book another visit soon.

Broadstairs Cottage
The cottage was well equipped, comfortable and provided everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It had a parking space which was really useful as parking in the area is difficult to find.

Another fantastic stay
This is the fourth year myself and two friends have rented this property and we just love it here. The house is spotlessly clean, conveniently located and also has a reserved parking space. An excellent family rental with everything you could want. Highly recommended.

Nice break
Very nice well appointed cottage with everything that you would need.Found the cottage very spacious and light an ideal location just a short downhill walk to the harbour and all the pubs and restaurants .The location was ideal for our short break and with off street parking at the rear door of the property could not have been more convenient .

Long weekend in Broadstairs
We thoroughly enjoyed exploring Broadstairs and Ramsgate over the long weekend. Lots of interesting shops to browse, good ice cream and beer gardens. The cottage was in a great location - just a short walk from the beach and High Street.

The property was I a good lo ation, just a few minutes walk from viking bay and other amenities. The cottage was really well equipped with everything you needed and more for a home from home experience. Very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Would not hesitate to stay again if coming to broadstairs.

Long weekend in Forge Cottage
We spent three nights here with a 3 month old and a 3 year old and were very happy with the accommodation and would recommend to others. Info obtained from owners was clear and helpful and check in amd out very simple. Cottage is a good location, a short walk to the beach and restaurants and easy to navigate with a pushchair via the rear of the property. The cottage was very well equipped (all kitchen amenities including a dishwasher and an amazon firestick for TV in the lounge), clean and cosy and the bedrooms at the rear were quiet and comfortable. We did notice the odd bit of noise from passing traffic at the front of the property when in the lounge but all in all we would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again.
