We stayed here for a Christmas family vacation. It was a great location for us. Walking distance to the beach.

This rental was exactly as described. The owner was easy to contact. Close to grocery and other stores. I would rent again.

The house was clean and inviting and the location to the beaches, restaurants and shopping was perfect. We had a great time! My only complaint is the washer and dryer are older. When I washed a load of clothes I was scared the washer was going to fall apart it shook so bad when it was spinning out. I didn’t wash any more clothes after that. Other wise a great stay!

The house was really comfortable. It was well stocked with towels , beach towels and all essentials Location was great for us. The only complaint was the uncomfortable mattress on the double bed. It was extremely lumpy and completely worn out. I would suggest it gets replaced. Other beds were fine.

It was a nice house Everything was in place We got fast answer from the owner as soon we got there regarding some stuff at home I really recommend it

Was in the area for a wedding. 5 adults stayed and were very comfortable. Nice family room/kitchen area where we gathered daily. It was nice to have a fenced yard for the dog. Close to beaches and many restaurants & shopping.

This is a charming rental, just as pictured and worth the experience. The house is spotless and the hosts are attentive and respond quickly and effectively to questions. The house is bright indoors with a lovely cool, shady and breezy backyard that the dog and everyone else who visited enjoyed. We loved the neighborhood which has a friendly, old Florida vibe and quiet streets that are good for walking and bike riding. It’s convenient to shopping, great dining and two beaches within a mile walk. Delnor-Wiggins park allowed us to bring the dog as long as she sat with one of us at one of the many picnic tables under the shady sea grape trees that line the sunny beach. If you’re planning on staying for more than a few days and preparing your own food, cookware is sparse and you may want to bring a favorite pot or pan. There are plenty of dishes and utensils. The neighborhood is special, the house perfect for families. Definitely recommend.

House was great. Close to multiple great beaches and THEEEE BEST BEACH FOR DOGS!!! Lots of restaurant options too.

It is a lovely house, well kept and well located. We had a wonderfull time there. We were there for the weekend I wish we could spend the whole week. We didn't have time to enjoy the pagoda outside with that wonderfull tree. The comunication with the host was really good. We ask for an extension of 1 hour to the check out and he did it to us. Definitely I recommend it.

We did enjoy the stay at this place, it is very cozy, well kept and it is well located (even though this is walking distance to the beach). The communication with the manager was very good. The house has everything you need to have a good stay. The AppleTV was a good plus for the time we spent at home while it was raining. It would be great to have a hot tub in the backyard under the tree and besides the pagoda (just a suggestion :-) )

Cozy home located in a very nice neighborhood, very close to the beach; very close to State Park. Very well priced. Great location.

The only thing we would like is more time for check out, for just one weekend it’s too short

Great house, excellent location near Vanderbilt Beach. Property was clean, well maintained and had plenty of sheets, towels, pots, pans, even beach chairs. Close to shopping and restaurants in a very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Clean and spacious with a screened in porch and nice back yard......close to Mercato with restaurants and shopping, Publix, etc.....about a 1.5 mile walk to Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz Carlton area...

Everything was as listed. Communication was great.

Clean & safe

We came for a quick family getaway and this location was perfect and nearby the boat ramp! We were able to fit our boat in the driveway which saved on money. The home was beautiful and well spaced. We're conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants and bowling alley, etc. The owner was extremely helpful with suggestions and kept in great contact with us throughout our stay answering any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

This home and the owners are far exceeded our expectations! We where in a pickle with needing a place to stay until our new house was done being built and the owners where so accommodating with getting us in quickly and allowing us to stay for as long as we needed! The home Is well cared for and the owners are the sweetest and easiest people to work with! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your home!

We had such a good time in Naples. The property worked perfectly for our group. Close to so many things. It was easy to communicate with the property owners. Definitely would recommend.

Very good house with everything we needed but the service was even better!

This home was perfect for our business needs. The owner was very easy to communicate with and took care of everything that we needed in regards to any requests. The house was extremely clean and added bonus that we had access to washer/dryer along with other amenities like an ironing board and iron, etc. Definitely will reserve this home again!

Very accommodating for our two children and our dog! Everything we needed for the whole family! Excellent communication with the host! Would definitely stay again!
