Every thing suited us. Location is fabulous. Right on the seafront and still quiet. Apartment is well equipped in all aspects and has a very comfortable bed. It’s clean and so different from standard hotel rooms. The rooms are large with high ceilings. We will be back!

A lovely flat on the seafront and within close proximity to everything.. It was beautifully clean and pretty well appointed. Teresa who maanages it and lives below was the loveliest person you could imagine. She was so helpful.

Lovely homely cosy place with a brilliant view every breakfast. Great to be by sea coming from Midlands. Great value for money and well equipped. Convenient for pier, prom and town centre. Great range of restaurants nearby and great pub round the corner. Loved our stay thankyou very much xxx

More space that we expected, and a great view of the sea. Quiet and clean. Very helpful property manager, fast responsive communication. Only downside was one side of the bed was quite badly sagging, so a bit uncomfortable, and would have been nice to have a small carton of milk in the fridge just to make a tea or coffee on arrival. Would be happy to stay again.

Spacious apartment, stunning views, well placed for restaurants and town centre.

Right across the street from the ocean and right neat the best restaurants and shops. We loved our time there.

Teresa was very helpful and considerate. The apartment had all the home comforts. Spotlessly clean. And a Comfortable bed. The view was spectacular, every thing we needed for a relaxed break away. Thankyou Gillian and Teresa. For a lovely time.

Lovely to sit and enjoy the view over the sea and promenade. Very comfortable and welcoming.

Jenny was helpful on helping to unload car, however we did not know how to get hot water in the bathroom, no heating in the evening when it became cool, we rang to ask but no help so we bought a small electric heater. Not suitable for people with limited mobility (which my husband has using a walker) - steps up to front door and two lots of stairs to the first floor. Location was great, buses from pier and about a 15 minute walk into town and railway station. Would benefit from a freezer as only fridge with tiny freezer. Tesco Express five .inutes walk away but limited stock.

Teresa (the host) was always very quick to respond to messages and took the trouble to check in person that everything was ok when we arrived. Keycode entry meant checking in was very easy. The property is in a brilliant location right on the seafront, a stones's throw from the pier. The view from the bay window is fabulous and the sun shines all the time! (Well, it did for us anyway). The flat is delightfully quirky, spacious and well equipped. Parking was a little tricky at the weekend but we always managed to find a space nearby. We would highly recommend this property.

Really quirky little apartment right on the front. Lots of character. Kitchen perfect for short stay. Unusual hot water set up which was a bit intermittent, and the shower while hot, was of very limited pressure. Other than that, couldn't fault it for the cost. Would stay again.

Lovely place, everything you need

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location was superb, flat very clean and views tremendous. Parking not easy if you don't want to pay but 24 hour parking opposite or close by multistorey where you can also pay by the 24 hour period. We intend to come back.

This is a very unique property. Quite spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the view from the open plan living room is great. You could sit there and people watch all day. We also saw some spectacular sunrises! Teresa, the lady who manages the property, is lovely and very helpful. The apartment is directly opposite the beach and a few minutes walk to restaurants and the town centre, so very conveniently located. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Fantastic communication from start to finish. The apartment is directly on the sea front with Eastbourne’s pier in full view. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you are likely to need. The decor won’t be to everyone’s taste, and there is a bit of clutter (books would benefit from a bookcase, for example) but overall this creates a rather homely atmosphere, we think. All of Eastbourne’s many amenities are within easy walking distance. Free parking is very nearby. We had a great week!

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday, staying in a spacious clean apartment. There was everything you need and more. The bed was comfortable, there was a large screen T. V. and the view from the bay window was stunning. The apartment is close to local amenities with a Tesco Express only a few minutes walk away. If you have no transport, you can walk to the bus stops within a few minutes. Teresa (who is a very nice lady) was at hand if needed, but never invaded our privacy. We truly had a great stay and hope to return.

Location was fantastic, directly on the beach front (beautiful view) and short walk from the town centre and shops. Only 15min walk from the train station. Apartment was made to feel very cosy and warm. Clean environment and very happy pets are allowed! Only downs I can comment were: no mixer taps (only boiling hot or freezing cold water to wash hands/face in the sinks). Also would have preferred not to have someone unexpectedly knocking in the evening to have a look around the apartment while we were eating dinner around 9pm. Note: checkout is 11am, expect someone to knock at 11:05 to make sure you are out of the building.

The apartment is ideally located for easy access to beach, shops etc. The apartment was clean and tidy; and bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately there were issues with the tv, which was attempted to be fixed on two occasions but not resolved. It wasn’t a major issue as we had the views and books, but now the pubs are shutting earlier, it was a shame to not be able to chill out in front of the tv at night. Overall a very pleasant stay

Still no sign of the deposit . Took my money within seconds !!! Dead flowers pinned to doors ! Everything stank of rose/flowers, must be a conditioner, Woke up each morning thinking that I was in my coffin !

A good spacious comfortable apartment on the seafront lovely view. The only down is the road, very busy and noisy, apart from that great.

This has been an excellent weeks holiday by the sea. The flat was very clean and well equipped, was an absolute home from home. Close to local amenities and right on the sea. The sea remains shallow for a good distance so is ideal for young children and is a little bit warmer. We will definitely return.

Quirky apartment with a stunning view. We had a super time and everything you could need in the apartment. Looked after very well by Teresa - sad to be going home Booking in system confusing telling us we hadn’t booked when we had ! Other than that we had a great time

We made a last minute booking and we couldn’t have been happier. Both Jillian and Theresa we’re both incredibly helpful, kind, attentive and more than you would expect. The apartment itself it far more spacious than expected. My husband and I stayed with our two young children and dog and had enough space. The apartment was so clean and constantly smelt amazing, and it was equipped with everything we needed. The view was incredible; situated right on the beach parade opposite a dog friendly beach with a stunning view of the pier. There are plenty of restaurants around to explore and a Tesco Express in walking distance for essentials. We highly recommend this stay and will definitely be coming back again. Thank you Jillian and Theresa for everything, true gems and a fabulous stay in Eastbourne.
