The Apartment was good, clean and well situated.
Reception and stairs were horrible. No lights going up the stairs. Dungeons.

- Fantastic location
- Very spacious
- Super amazing mattress and linens, I slept very well
- Comfortable dining table and chairs
- It was a bit cold; the heating works but the walls and floor stay cold (it was around 0C outside)
- Internet stopped working soon after we checked in, host didn't respond for over a day, I had to use data tethering off my mobile phone, so that was frustrating.
- Shower head in one of the bathrooms doesn't stay in place, had to be creative and use an elastic.
- Other than coffee pods and sugar, there were no other basics like salt and pepper, so we bought some and left it there. I hope they don't throw it out.
- Garbage/recycling was not labeled and containers were very small. Ok for two of us for 2 nights, but only just.

Great beds, excellent location in centre. Very clean. Well decorated
Shower head didn't stay up. Kitchen tap a bit loose. WiFi was really slow.

Big appartement, location was superb 👌. Very comfortable beds! Tv in all rooms. Well decorated
Hallway could use a repair. Also the separate bathroom needs a fix of shower head holder.
We missed some deep small bowls for breakfast.

The apartment was wonderful. A large living space, well equipped kitchen, two nice, comfortable bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. We had space to spread out and we loved the separate bedrooms and bathrooms. As two friends walking the Camino together, there is an abundance of together time. It was nice to have our separate spaces. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. Love Burgos and would have enjoyed more time there. Just FYI, this apartment can sleep 8 people (the two bedrooms and a sofa bed and a Murphy Bed in the living area.
The description on Booking.com leads you to believe you are renting a two bed/two bath unit, but if you are only 2 people, the management assumes you want only one bedroom and charges you for 2 people, not four and locks off the second bedroom. I argued with the guy at the front desk about it but got nowhere. He must have called Booking.com because I got a call from Booking shortly thereafter. I had to pay an extra €20 to get the second bedroom unlocked, but Booking said they would reimburse me. This apartment is worth every cent, but if you want the 2 bedrooms and you are less than 4 people, better make it very clear.

Location was perfect, literally in Plaza Mayor and steps from the Burgos Cathedral, close to a variety of restaurants and 10 min walk to a grocery store. Very tastefully decorated apartment.

Check in was confusing. Important to note that there is no car access to this address. Checkin was via a restaurant downstairs.
Public Parking at Plaza Mayor was Euro 15.75 and not 12.50 as advised.
Apartment could do with a kettle, some kitchen cloths. Apartment could do with some info regarding the different coloured garbage / recycle bins
