De vez en cuando venían malos olores del pasillo de fuera.

The apartment was well furnished and very clean and in a very quiet area of Arcos. It was on the top floor of a lovely building but there was a lift. There was the optional use of a garage for an extra few euros, which was a bonus as although there is plenty of street parking, the streets are narrow and we didn't want to risk getting our hire car scratched. The kitchen had everything one might need for cooking (which we didn't do apart from breakfast) and there were plenty of towels etc. The terrace was lovely, especially in the morning before the sun got fully on to it, but there was a canopy for shade for the hotter times. A bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival was a nice gesture and Esmerelda spoke excellent English and communicated very well (by WhatsApp), both with access instructions and with suggestions of where we might go whilst we were in Arcos, including recommended restaurants. She also suggested a trip to the beautiful artificial beach by the reservoir, which was wonderful and which we probably wouldn't otherwise have known about!

Nothing! It was lovely. However, we suggested a couple of folding deckchair type chairs would be nice on the very spacious terrace (as there was a table and four upright chairs which were useful but not very conducive to relaxing on with a book). Esmerelda said that as the apartment was newly purchased by them they were still adding items, so I suspect that there will be chairs like this in future. The apartment was in a very quiet residential area of Arcos, but it was a good 10 to 15 minute walk to the middle of the old town. We didn't mind this at all, and in fact it was nice to walk back after a meal, but Arcos, like most of the Andalucian hill towns, is hilly with some steep streets and people with reduced mobility might find it a bit of a slog.

The apartment was perfect. Well appointed kitchen. Washing machine. Comfortable bed. Terrace overlooking the town. Lift. 15 minute walk to the old town. Our hosts were very friendly and attentive, suggesting places for dinner. We were able to park our car in the garage.

Nothing.

Cozy apartment which saved us from a very warm day at Arcos de Frontera. The apartment has all facilities and it's walking distance from busy area. The beds were comfy and the apartment clean.

There were some mosquitos that had a nice snack on us that day.

Excellent comfortable apartment with great terrace.
