Wir waren auf der Durchreise Richtung Appulien und haben spontan eine Nacht in der Villa Tropical gebucht. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich 3 Zimmer/Suiten mit einem Parkplatz direkt ggü. Befindet sich etwas außerhalb, allerdings ist man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß beim nächsten Supermarkt. Pool und Dachterasse sind einmalig und wunderschön. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch und wird in kleiner Buffetform angeboten.

Die Kissen --- leider für mich zu hoch und hart. Aber wahrscheinlich auch Ansichtssache und evtl. auch Mentalität (kenne ich aus der Türkei).

Colazione assolutamente da rivedere: orari ..si può fare colazione solo dalle 9.00 in poi e decisamente migliorabile il servizio e quanto messo a disposizione. La gentilezza di Eleonora però fa passare in secondo piano questa mancanza.

Really cool little tripical oasis in Francavilla. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very new and functional, and the common areas are also very well organised and maintained. We really enjoyed having lunch on the terrace and staying by the pool.

We didn't have a car, so it took around 25 minutes walking to get down to the beach. Not an issue during our stay, but on the way back it is a fairly steep hill, so it might be better to have a car.

The villa is in a quiet neighborhood , it is clean and the swimming pool is nice .

The parking spaces are very small , i have a big car. At night it is hard to move around if all the parking spaces are filled. At breakfast you get coffee pods not real coffee as expected in Italy , also there is not something home made, only sweet things bought at a supermarket.

Beautiful villa, located on a quiet little hill with sea view. The closest beach is a 15min walk away. As soon as you get into the villa, you will be surrounded by plenty of tropical plants, colourful flowers and a Caribbean vibe. The host Eleonora was very nice to welcome us and show us her beautiful place, especially the pool, located in the backyard of the host house.

More savoury choices would be nice for non Italian guests.

The swimming pool was definitely an attraction. There were also parking possibilities in the property.

The room was small, not particularly comfortable. The property including the furniture around the swimming pool was not particularly clean. The breakfast was almost basic. And during the check-in the host took photos from our passports with her mobile telephone, which I think it’s an issue regarding our personal data. It was the first time I experienced something like that!
