We had no problem while there, but my partner did say she smelled what she took to be tobacco smoke.

Everything was super clean! That’s a huge relief when you walk in and see that’s it’s truly clean. The breakfast was great too.

Our bed was VERY FIRM. pool was cold. No ice on third floor.

I was overcharged. I booked and “paid” on Priceline the amount of $75.91 which I have a receipt for. Then I get to the hotel and the desk clerk was missing for about 10 minutes. Nobody there. I’m shouting “Hello, is anyone here?” and I can only stand there until finally the gal comes out and hustles me through the check-in process without really looking at me. It was extremely odd. Then a little later I get notified that my card was now charged by Comfort Inn and Suites for $79.90. I asked the morning clerk about it and she said that the money would be refunded but it might take a day. Still no refund and at this point it doesn’t seem like I will get one.

Very clean hotel and a large TV.

Bed was too hard for me but my wife was OK with it and the HVAC system is noisy for light sleeper.

Staff was very friendly, and our room was clean. The bed was comfortable and I did enjoy the blackout curtains.

The room door was extremely difficult to open. Neighboring guest had same issues. While the room was nice, the refrigerator or something in the room made a repetitive clicking noise. It was loud and constant. Also, the room did not seem to cool down enough.
