Front desk staff, Mandy, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.

We had a family get together and we had grand kids and our adult kids. The pool served us well. The beds were comfortable and clean. The electric outlets need repairs it’s a cheap fix I don’t know why they don’t. The AC units for room 301 are to small to accommodate so room was never as cold as you wanted it.

No one at front desk have to wait until spotting someone, very friendly and easy check in. But the room was very noisy and rough engine sound, can’t complain as it was late already. Breakfast was very good!

This was a very clean hotel and the breakfast was really good. I love the cinnamon rolls. The lady working the breakfast came to ask if anyone needed anything. The only issue we had with this stay was because I used my Hotel. Com rewards-for my stay. At check in I was told the amount for the room but had to show my receipt that said $0. Evidently, Hotels. Com sends the hotel a temporary card with the payment. Just be sure to check with Hotels. Com if using your rewards. This is something new since they did the One Cash thing with Expedia, VRBO and Hotels.com. There was not a problem with this Holiday Inn Express. It was just a Hotels.com issue.

Our air conditioner would not maintain a cool, 67° in our room. There were three of us and the room was too warm to really sleep comfortably. The lady from the front desk came up while we were gone and messed with it but it just never did work right.

Stay was good. Breakfast was good. I did have an issue with check in that was very concerning. I paid for the room the my hotels.com app. Should have all been taken care of and I should have been able to check.in and get my keys. Person at check in wanted my credit card. She said for incidentals and I would not be charged the 10.00. Invoice said no.charge when I got it but actually was charged 16.14 in addition to my already paid amount. Called hotel and they did not know what charge was for. Said it would be credited back to my account. Very strange and still waiting for credit to account.

All of the cloth items in the room (i.e. bedding, chair, carpet, etc.) was damp. We don't know if it was the humidity or what, but it was weird. We would've said something to the front desk worker, but they were coughing a lot (they mentioned having pneumonia?), and we think they were not sober on our late night arrival. Because of the potential for infection/dealing with someone under the influence, we decided to just deal with it, and sleep under damp covers since it was a safe place to sleep on our way home.

The pool area smelled of too much chlorine and burned eyes. The oven was down at hotel and therefore very limited breakfast available. 0 protein, mostly carb loaded items, no fruits or other options, juice was out.
No one at front desk to do full signout. Ended up leaving cards in box and hoping checkout was completed.

I was expecting a lot more being that it was Holiday Inn Express. I felt the property could have been a lot cleaner. The clerk at the front desk was nice and was able to give me a clean comforter and extra towels. The condition of the bathtub in my room was a shock also. If I would had to stay longer I would have went to another hotel.

The front desk had no staff for about 10 minutes so I had to wait to check in. I booked this hotel for the hot tub. The pool was cloudy and the hot tub was absolutely disgusting. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

Wi-Fi, sauna, and hot tub not working. Hair in tub and sink. Carpet in room nasty. Front desk and breakfast staff very nice. Excellent breakfast options.

Was put into wrong type of room, and then at midnight they gave the room to someone else and as we are sleeping, people walk in with a key card. Rooms weren’t gross, but they can do better.
