Spacious, clean, great amenities and fantastic location

The hot/cold water mix in the shower was not achievable. We were not able to get the AC nor the dishwasher to work.

loved everything about this property: location, comfortable beds, toiletries, hot water, cleanliness, helpful staff, fabulous breakfast buffet with extended hours (til 11 am).  Little touches like croissants and flavored water in the lobby every afternoon. 

All the windows face an indoor courtyard, but this is the typical building structure in Seville because of the heat. The room is not particularly dark because of this orientation.  I don’t think I picked up on this fact when I booked and I’m glad I didn’t because the rest of the features more than meet up for the limited natural lighting. 

The information provided was just "collect keys from a reception", and a street name, no property or address were given. I looked on google maps, and street view to see where the reception was, but couldn't find it. I emailed and asked where the property was to collect the keys, but had no answer. I wasted an hour trying to find the "reception" on arrival, until we asked in another property agency shop, who told us where to go to get the keys.

I didn't like standing around in the street after a long journey with my luggage trying to find a "a reception" when the agency has an office that had the managing company name clearly written on the window in very large letters (photo attached), if we had been told this, it would have been easy. Also the phone number given was un obtainable, I called Booking.com and got cut off while waiting for an answer, they did call back later, but by now we had asked elsewhere and found out where to collect the keys. Not a great way to start your holiday, being hot and getting very frustrated, for something that was so basic and could have been so easy.

the locarion was directly on the beach with great ocean view, extra large balcony, the apartment very spacey, we didnt expect it like this, stuff fiendly, apartment is near to shop and restaurants, we give 10 from 10

The location was excellent. the apartment was quiet and clean.
