Overall acceptable for a 3 star hotel.

This was not a 5 start hotel. It was in 90s most probably, but is so outdated for nowdays.

Breakfast was good - had something for everyone. Pool is massive and we never struggled for sun beds. Staff were always kind and friendly. Everywhere was clean. Location was amazing.

Music round the pool and better night time entertainment would have been good. Rooms are old fashioned but I know they are renovating in 2023.

not all the staff were friendly the staff in the dining room were at times rude and clearing plates before completed breakfast the reception staff are amazing the cleaning staff lovely always say hello in fact they deserve a special mention

Lovely hotel, great pool and plenty of sun beds. Great breakfast. Room was spotless.Fridge and safe included.

Our room was ok, daughter’s room the fridge was broken and smelt a bit musty.

Location great, joint rooms great for family, All the staff were friendly and great.

The champagne on arrival was a nice touch and wasn’t expected. Also the bell boy carrying the luggage to our room was good. The hotel comes with a nice view.

There was nothing we could fault the place on as it had everything that we expected and a whole lot more so can’t really think of anything to write in this section.

We had a Mountain View but it actually faced the Main Street and the mountains were in the distance. Sitting on balcony the street was your biggest view. Room wasn’t extremely large but fine for 2 people and you couldn’t beat the price The pool was huge and heated which we appreciated. Nice walkway on the beach behind the hotel.

Facility needs updating…worn out bathroom tiles,cracked,etc. w

it’s in good location with superb breakfast and cleaning services. the pool and kids club with daily shows for kids is amazing

the daily sing show lasts always till 23:00 which is not convenient for a family with children ( under 2 years old)
