the room smelled very bad , the smell of the bathroom room was unbelievably bad , we complained many times but no action was taken ,the only action they did is to spray kind of air freshener , and keep buying time until we checked out .it was one of the worst hotels I stayed in .

great situation, right on beach, fabulous breakfast selection

pool too small and sun beds jammed in, far too many and near to other beds, no privacy. without the beach they would struggle with the pool facilities and size of hotel. there is a dis-used water park attached to the property which either needs to be pulled down and more pools added or reinvented as a water park. when you drive in to the hotel the first thing you see is this and it doesn’t make a good first impression. there was a terrible sewage smell both on the bathroom and whilst laying on the beach we also smelt it quite often.

amazing location, recently refurbished, beach club is a nice addition, food is OK but for max for 3/4 days otherwise is much the of same and you'll be looking to go out.

Avoid room 134, next to two air vents from the kitchen, they thankfully switch off at 12 at night otherwise they hum all day long. watch out for the nastiest, cheapest beach towels bring your own :-)

Staff were amazing, naming just a few Emma on reception. Joal and Igor the entertainment staff. The hotel was so friendly and a very happy environment.

cramped pool area, not pretty. holiday camp atmosphere. flat beer, watered down flat coke. evening meal lots of variety but nothing went together. food quite bland. overall a very mid range very much all inclusive hotel.

The all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner. The entertainment every night was so much fun and the two hotel staff gentleman made it so worth it! The views and the main beach in front of the hotel was out of this world

The pool area is very crowded and has a cheap feel to it. Hotel room was very basic and not worth a 5 star hotel rating. We thought we had the best option with all inclusive just to find out that there are other guests that had other options included and just milking the guests even more for basic facilities on a 5star resort

no loungers or umbrellas on beach and nowhere to eat outside no ac in bedroom i requested single beds 3 months prior to our booking and was given a double room. had to ‘fight’ for a twin room. not good

The area of Portinatx is fantastic and beautiful, the hotel is a great mix of relaxation and fun, guests were a nice mix of young couples to older couples with groups of friends. Food is awesome and also the A la cart and surrounding restaurants are also well worth a visit. The beach is excellent and the sea is so calm, clear and warm it's a must also. We booked direct and arrived at the hotel very early but the hotel was very welcoming and without the need to ask allowed us to use the hotel facilities straight away. Although set in the north of the island bus links are good so we for around €4 each jumped on a bus and visited Ibiza Town & San Antonio. We 100% recommend this hotel.

I struggle to Identify a bad point, at a push during our stay the hotel reached 100% capacity and did note that the queue for the pool bar started to get much longer than we were used to. This might be an issue for some. I am sure the hotel management will sort this if it were to become an issue. We did struggle also with the room Air Conditioning which was hard to get right and a number of other guests including our friends who also stayed for part of our stay found the room to be either too cold or hot but was manageable but could be improved on.

location to the beach was amazing and the little resort/cove was fab.

we didn’t get the room we booked and when we asked at reception we were told the hotel was full so nothing could be done. not ideal.

lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. plenty of places to sit inside and out. food was lovely.

the pool area is quite small in comparison to the hotel, we upgraded to royal elite to use the additional facilities but you had to be up early to get a sunbed for the day!

The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and come with a nice little balcony, the spread for the buffets (breakfast, lunch & dinner) were good, the location was also fantastic if you want to be away from the city centre. There is a beautiful beach right below the hotel which is fantastic. The fact that there is an ATM, convenience store and car/bike rental service within 5 mins walking distance from the hotel is really great. All in all, absolutely no complaints about the hotel.

Since it is located around 25-35 mins away from the city centre, the taxis costed around EUR 50 one way. However this is not the hotel’s fault. there is absolutely no fault with the hotel. We had a fantastic stay!

Manager was extremely helpful. I had internet connection problems to start as was on floor 5 but the manager was very helpful and moved me to a room lower down where the wifi was much better. Nice hotel and the beach is superb.

it was very clean and the beach location is brilliant. the staff were lovely. we just wanted a chilled out, easy holiday for a few nights. it was cheap and worth the money

the entertainment wasn’t great and the food was the same most evenings. we just went for 4 days so was fine for us but i don’t think I could have stayed much longer just due to the lack of variety in the meal times and the location wasn’t near any other restaurants to be able to eat out sometimes
