The location was very good, right next to the beach and restaurants. The yard outside the room was also quite nice.
The mosquito nets in the windows were so badly installed, they didn't keep anything out. No shower curtain. A couple of times there was no hot water when showering. The bed sheet was barely big enough for the bed, every time you moved it would roll up and expose the bare mattress, which I'd rather not be lying directly on. One toilet roll provided for two people, had to explicitly ask to have a second one.
Extra note, the hotel ordered us a taxi to the airport, and it ended up being €25 (and of course the card machine was "broken"). For comparison a small car for a whole day is €35, the trip to the airport is 7 minutes. Not saying that the hotel is getting a cut, but at least they'd know about scummy taxi drivers and a warning would be nice.

Situated near a great beach, couple of nice restaurants, multiple supermarkets and town bus stop. Everything is couple of minutes away.
Also cleaning lady is golden. She made everything perfectly tidy and clean daily!
Air conditioning is weak, could be better.

Nice simple guesthouse, close to beach, restaurants, minimarket, ATMs and bus stop. If you like cats there are plenty around.
Easy to take the local bus into town.

Booked for 2 nights (for the same room, as normally done while spending more than 1 night at the same hotel). When I've arrived, they told me that I 'll spend the 2 nights in 2 different rooms...So, I had to prepare my stuff after spending the first night in a room, wait 4 hours for the new room to be cleaned and be able to spend my time there for the 2nd night. Imagine if you are there with kids and you have to change the room after you already spent one night...!.Avoid for this. It adds stress to what are supposed to be your holidays.

Very good location - in front of the beach, just cross the street, near many beach restaurants, cafes, small mini markets, bus stop. There is small kitchen, with all equipment, refrigerator, balcony. Room was cleaned every day.

Very friendly lady! When my girlfriend was causing drama and left me without a key, the lady was kind enough at 11pm to let me in my room.
Also, the first night we had a pleasant stay in another room with a balcony to the sea, for the same price as our intended basement room. That was also very kind of the property manager.
I wish I had a second key.

The room was beautiful and clean. The garden is nice. Close to the sea.
We booked a room for 4 , but it was not confortable, it was suitable max for 2 person. So little balcony, that we could not use it 4. The air conditioner was clicking - the host just shrugged. Not too relaxing. Usually there wasnt hot water. The kitchen badly equipped. 1 knife ror example for 4 adults for a week. We always had to ask a soap, toalett paper...I think the stuff was very polite, but really dont care about us. Too much cat, they sat in the chairs in the garden.

beautiful property and good location ,
A few small issues , they wanted us to change rooms after one night even thought we had booked well in advance , next day told not to worry changing rooms , the side sea view was no sea view , staff made a big issue of a spilt coffee - probably need a bit of training on customer relations .

The studios are very clean and extremely close to the beach. We were allowed to check in earlier than expected. The owner and the staff are very welcoming. We will definitely return.

The property was kept very clean and was in such a convenient location right by the beach, for such a good price!! The host was very friendly and we enjoyed playing with her lovely cats and kittens!

The location was great - literally a 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Multiple restaurants, a bus stop, and a convenience store nearby. Our host was very nice and helpful during our stay, and the room was clean and comfortable.
We had some issues with the air conditioner during our stay (blowing warm air). We wished there was a screen on the window so we could open it as an alternative. Our host was very responive and tried her best to help us with the unit. Overall we really loved it here!

loved our stay here, bus stops right outside apartment driveway. Has a mini market and restaurants in front so very convenient.

It was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view from the terrace. It also had lots of mirrors which made it a lot easier with 2 girls sharing the room! The hosts were very sweet and available for everything we needed.

Kind hostess, renovated room, secluded location but in walking distance from beautiful places
The walls were not as soundproof and I could hear many children yelling and running around. Also I could do with more clips to hang the clothes in the balcony.

Very nice experience in this studio.
Room very comfortable and clean with a nice terrace with a partial view but beautiful of the beach.
The staff was very kind, they do our laundry for free.

Matina is very friendly and helpful.
She called the bus company for us when they didn't arrive as per the timetable.
She also arranged for a local company to do our laundry, €10 for wash, dry and fold with pickup and delivery.
Grese location, a stones throw from Agia Anna and a short walk to Prokopios, Maragas and Plaka.
Bus stop and local shop a minute away.
Very basic, fine if you just want to use it as a place to sleep.
Curtains were translucent and not quite long enough to cover the whole window so not very good for privacy.
A/C was temperamental but did work.
Quite a few small insects the room - spiders, ants and mosquitos.
A weak septic smell directly outside the room (could not smell inside).
No bin inside the room, just the toilet bin.
No balcony or sea view from our room, just a table outside in the garden (with the mild smell).
It was only 2 of us, but the 2 other beds are up a set of ladders and looked like they were shorter than an average bed too (I didn't test it).
