The hosts, were very friendly and informative. The room was superb. Comfy bed with ample draw and wardrobe space! Tea and coffee facilities were incredible. They definitely are not stringent and gave you plenty. They even included decaf coffee and some biscuits. Heated towel rack and an inbuilt light around the bathroom mirror was a fabulous feature. Windows in the room and bathroom actually opened which was appreciated. There is an honesty "bar" downstairs with a fantastic selection of soft and alcoholic drinks. Sofas and a table where you can eat takeaway food. They allowed me to store my bag after I had checked out when my transport back home was not until very late at night, so very kind.

Lovely stay. Room decent size and comfortable bed with wardrobestorage. Location was fantastic just a short walk from the beach and centre. Parking available. Generally a really pleasant stay and the host was there to answer any questions as well as point u in the right direction as to places to visit around Newquay.

excellent and friendly staff with lots of tips and tricks for things to do nearby. Room was very nicely spacious and clean, had a good sized bathroom with a shower. Bed was comfy and the location of the hotel was brilliant, only a minute or so walk into town.

Great place a short walk to town. Easy parking and friendly hosts. Rooms are simple but clean, safe, and cosy. I really liked this place.

Town has a bit of a stag party feel to it. Lots of people smoking on the street and outside bars. Felt a little dirty and mildly unsafe late at night. Nice beaches though.

This B&B is like a 4 star hotel for me. very clean, reasonable price considering facilities. Breakfast is like the first class. I felt I was served by nearly review rate 5 restaurant.

Location excellent close to town and beaches. Very clean and modern decor Good breakfast car parking on site a bonus, friendly owners. Beds very comfortable. 2 bed separate annex chalet very comfortable everything needed was supplied, would highly recommend for a family of four.

There wasn't anything to dislike. The two bedroom chalet was excellent and very good for a family, bedrooms a good size, toiletries provided and tea & coffee. Toaster and microwave and fridge all plusses.

The location was right in the middle of everything! Perfect and only afew mintues walk from everything! Loved that it had parking because alot of places in Newquay don't have parking and it can get expensive paying for parking around Newquay and busy too but staff made sure there was always somewhere for me to park!

The only thing I would have to say is the beds were a little uncomfortable, but it was an absolutely amazing room and stay!

Excellent overall. Lovely friendly couple. Room 10 had a nice sea view. Parking facilities is always a bonus. Nice breakfast and good choice. Clean, comfortable room. Highly recommend.
