The location
It wasn’t clean. The minute we got into the room we saw a ball of long hair on the floor next to the bed. We were 4 people in one apartment with two separate bedrooms. The problem was, that there was just one air conditioner, which was located in the hallway. That means the the bedrooms doors have to be open all the time so the cold air gets into the rooms. To turn the electricity on, the key for the room should always be in the room. That means that you go to the beach, you turn down the air conditioner and when you go back to the room, it feels like a sauna. What I also didnt like is that the shower has a shower curtain, which is the most unhygienic thing to use in a hotel. The other thing is that to be able to close the entrance door of each apartment you have to slam it. That was one of the reasons why we couldn’t sleep at night. People constantly going in and out of their rooms, slamming doors. The other reason were the children. Yes, it’s nice that the hotel has a nice garden but no one follow the rules about the “quit hours” which makes is almost not possible to fall asleep.

Very good place in which is possible to relax in the venue and the beaches in front of it. Host very kind. We liked so much the common areas in which share ideas and talk with travellers.

Great location! The garden in front of the property was amazing! The wifi was excellent and we managed to work remotely from the apartment.
The 2nd bedroom wasn't very comfortable compared to the main bedroom. However, we had a very enjoyable stay!

after 3 years in a row i fell that it is like my house . The apartments are big and quite cheap from my point of view , the garden is amazing , and the owners are wonderful . For sure i'll go again next year

The apartment is big enough. The personal is responsive.
The hotel is positioned on a road with heavy traffic, almost like a highway. The noise is awful all the time. The sheets have holes, very bad wifi. The table on the balcony was broken.
The nearest beach was overcrowded.

Perfect place for families. Clean rooms, playground in the garden and beach 2 minutes away. Supermarkets, Tavernas, other beautiful beaches are maximum 15 minutes away by car. Great holiday experience!

Everything. The place is perfect for families. We were 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment was big, clean and equiped with everything that we needed. The beach is just a walk far and is perfect for families. Also there is a playground and lots of space to chill after a full day. Ps: the grapes were fantastic. Thank you for a very nice holiday.

The hotel is located in 3 min walk from excellent cozy beach with shadow and sand bottom with gradual deepening. The beach and the hotel itself are great for little children as well as for adults. Several nice bigger beaches are located in 5 - 10 minutes by car. The house is new and comfortable. There are nice playground and garden nearby. Kostas was ready to help in any issue at any time. In 10 minutes by car there is a city Nikiti with supermarkets and shops and restaurants. We are very pleased by our rest in the hotel, and highly recommended for families with children.

Thanks for the beautiful days, our accomodation was perfect, you do it great. It was the fourth occasion have holiday in Greece, it was beautiful again. Kostas are very friendly and helpful. I hope some day we can meet again!

The place is wonderful, rooms a big and clean, the garden is amazing. Everything is made for the guest's comfort, perfect for kids. The host, Kostas, is very nice person, ready to help everyone. But the most spectacular is the Spaties beach-100m from the place. Highly recommend Spathies apartments.

The courtyard is fantastic. The beds are very confortable. The place is very safe and exceptionaly friendly with kids. The beach is 2 minutes by foot and it is a very calm one. The owner Kostas is very nice and helpful. You have a lot of fruits in the garden.
Pillows are not the best and the fridge in the appartment is pretty small if you want to eat home.

The location was great in the green all around, the beach walking distance was amazing, and it was very quiet in the hotel and calm, all though it was full, everything perfect, the kitchen was well equipped ,the place is very clean and neat

Highly recommend spending your vacation at Spathies Apartments! It was our second time there. Kostas is an amazing host and ready to help and guide you anytime. We really enjoyed our dinners thanks to using the barbeque as well as his chatty company. The location is great. Just across the street, there is a beautiful and quiet beach. The place is between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras. The nearest supermarket is just 9 minutes away by car. Can't wait to go back there again.
