Забронювали пізно ввечері і за годину заселились. Зручно і привітний персонал. Принесли додаткову ковдру.

Хотілось би трішки чистіше. У нас закотилась іграшка під ліжко - там не прибиралось дуже давно.

Steel my money. Lying about parking. Even if you promised you didn't help me with washing. Don't allow me to speak to manager/owner Nothing was...sauna/massage/restaurant etc... Not even coffee... Don't speak English.. THIEVES

staff are so friendly and professional , restaurant is good also , and i warm swimming pool totally recommend it

i wanted to stay more , but the mattress are bad , you can feel the irons .. if the change the bed i would come to revisit.

the hotel stuff is helpful to get access(pay 300 uah ) to the swimming pool and fitness in the nearby sports center

the type of the room in the booking website is mirror room and junior suite but it doesnot match the type in hotel which is standard.room.

house keeping services were good

Hotel doesn’t have its own swimming pool and using sports complex’s one. hotel staff doesn’t speak english well distance is too far from the center There was a bad smell from the toilet into the room.

This is a good, relatively new three-star hotel. To be taken into consideration if you have rented a car. The room was very spacious and equipped with everything you need. The spa is of a very good standard, although as for the saunas, probably due to anti-covid measures, only one was active during my stay. I did not have the opportunity to test the restaurant. All the staff very friendly and helpful. A greeting to Anna, very nice and professional, who honestly remained in my heart. I will come back here soon!
