A beautiful room in a traditional building in the heart of Orbetello. Everything about our stay was good. An especially helpful host.

The room is nice and clean and has everything needed. It is in the best location in Orbetello. Luigi, the host is no less than amazing. So thoughtful and kind. The best host I have ever encountered. Most recommended

Graceful and spacious room with a comfortable bed and well-quipped bathroom. Thick walls and high vaulted ceilings with romantic ambiance - lighting highlighted the architecture and also good reading lights provided. Enjoyed watching Italian TV. We had a view into the main pedestrian street too. Luigi is a great host who offered to pick us up at the train station and was quick to respond to any request. Espresso anytime you wanted in the entry hall!

Despite good European multi-paned windows there was some street noise in the early morning so if that is a real concern for you, book the quiet room (but you’ll have no view). Frankly, we didn’t really mind as it was very limited.

Centrally located in quiet traffic free road. Large room and very smart bathroom

No breakfast included and no access to a coffee machine. Relatively expensive, particularly given the lack of breakfast.
