Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Wirkt wie eine Oase mitten in der Stadt. Sehr schön gestaltete Innen Anlage mit Pool. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und frisch. Das Personal ist freundlich.
Das WLAN war leider sehr langsam.

Das Hotel war leider komplett durch gefallen, Beim
einchecken funktionierte die Chipkarte der Tür nicht. Bei der Besichtigung müssten wir leider feststellen, dass einige Wände extreme Feuchtigkeitsschäden hatten, der Putz begann bereits abzufallen. Im Bad schliesslich lief nur braunes, Rostwasser aus der Wasserleitung, der Toilettendeckel hätte auch viel aus seinem langjährigen Leben erzählen können, da möchte man sich nicht mehr freiwillig drauf setzen. Es gab auch keinerlei Tageslicht in diesem Zimmer, die Fenster waren komplett verbarrikadiert. Man bot uns ein anderes Zimmer an, was aber keine Verbesserung war. Zum Essen kann ich keine Angaben machen, da wir das Hotel nach kurzer Zeit verlassen haben. Lobenswert fanden wir, dass die Besitzerin die Reservierung storniert hat und die Kosten erstattet hat.

- water in the shower was dripping out, not enough for a proper shower; a hot shower with a normal amount of water would have been nice in the cold time of the year;
- no towels in the bathroom, had to go to the front desk and ask
- signal strength of wifi was very poor at the end of the room, opposite of the entrance door

It is a great value, especially compared to chain hotels in the area. The room, patio, and pool are very well-kept. Everything is clean and comfy. Showers have good pressure and a lot of hot water. Sheets and towels are high quality. The hotel is very quiet; no noise from the street or other guests. It is close to the airport, shopping malls, and restaurants, and there is a nice 24-hour supermarket across the street.
The milanesa de pollo was a little dry. However, the fries and salad were very good.

really handy for getting to and from the airport. lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. air conditioner in room. breakfast was good with lots of fresh fruit available. nice little swimming pool outside which was great in the high temperatures

The common garden is what makes this place different. The pool, chairs and tables surrounded by trees makes the stay a pleasurable one.
The hot water in the room wasn't working very well, at times it didn't come or there was air coming out instead.

One of the staff was very unhelpful, room wasn't cleaned well, and we were put next door to the only other guests with just a badly sealed door between the two rooms (in other words very noisy). Fairly disappointed as we trusted the reviews on here.

The staff here are amazing so friendly and nice, I actually left my bank card behind and they contacted me on whatsapp to let me know they had it and made sure I got it back. To me that is tremendously helpful an going the extra mile, what more could you ask for.

Breakfast was good except for the orange juice. Staff was cordial. The hotel can give you the sense you are not in the city.
The shower was not working properly. The room was okay but my partner and I thought the price of booking the room was a tad overpriced once we were in the room.

The best thing is territory: spacious and so green. A lot of places to spend time outdoors in a shadow of trees and umbrellas.
There is a small pool and even 2 piece of exercise equipment.
There is hot and cold water.
Super nice decorations, fireplace in dinning room.
Moreover, there are free coffee and citrus water at the reception.
Pool was very small and not very clean
There is super tiny window (looks like there's almost no window) in my room besides it was at the 2nd floor. So it's quite dark inside.
Breakfast is not the way we used to see it. There are menu cards and there are about 15 positions there so you can choose what you want for breakfast (like eggs, granola, toasts, coffee, fruits and so on). Firstly we didn't know that it's possible to take more than 1 position, so we stayed hungry with one egg portion.
Anyway products was nice. But I prefer to see continental breakfast in hotels, where all dishes are in front go you and you can look and choose whatever you like.
Mosquitoes!! awful and bloodthirsty!! everywhere!!!!!! take repellent with you if you wanna stay alive.
