1.the room is unusual noisy 2.they didn’t provide water in the room hotel has one water machine next to elevator in each floor and i asked them in midnight that i m thirty and i can not go outside pls give me water but they refuse my request never i didn’t see in my life 3.i had unusual message from hotel that i should submit my bank information again that it was fishing

同ランク、同金額の他のホテルに比べて部屋が広い

最寄駅から歩いて7分くらいかかるけどタクシーを的確に呼んでくれたので、問題なし

総じて、とても居心地の良いホテルでした。 日本語が出来るスタッフの方も数名おり、トイレもウォシュレットついていたのが、ありがたかったです。

部屋も都とても広く水回りも清潔で安心でした。 浴槽もありリラックスもできてよかっです。 フロントでタクシーもすぐ呼んでいただけて、 対応もとても早くありがたかったです。 各階にウォーターサーバーもあります。 部屋にはUSB-CとAのコンセントもいたるところに ありました。

ほとんどないですが、外窓が少し汚れています。 景色を撮影したかったです。

The room is relatively larger than other hotels in Taipei. Breakfast has a good varieties and not over excess. As for the location, it is in between 2 subway stations which takes about 10 mins walk. The bed is really comfortable.

We really loved the spacious room! And the bathroom everything was spot on clean! Also the staff is very kind and professional. We can’t wait to be back next week! It is also a nice location in between everything, I was a little worried by the walk to the metro but it was not far at all! Also nice area for electronics in 5 min walking distance. We also used Uber a lot and that was very convenient. Next week we are going to stay 5 more nights and booked some tours and the pick up of the tour is also at the closest metrostation so that is really nice! The pool and gym are really nice too! There is also a 7eleven across the street so easy when you just want some refreshments. Don’t hesitate and book!

La habitación genial, el desayuno buffet con una variedad y calidad increíbles. A menos de 10 minutos andando de la línea azul del metro. Muy céntrico. La piscina climatizada a 28ºC para poder bañarte en cualquier época del año.

中途半端に時間がある時や外から帰ってきた時、Pyramid Clubでコーヒーを飲んだりちょっと甘いものを食べたりできたのはよかった。 人にもよるが、スタッフがにこやかで親切な人が多かった。

部屋も建物全体も掃除が不十分。 浴槽には髪の毛が数本落ちていたし、ベッドメイキングは前の客が使ったあとちょっと整えただけではないかと思うほどシーツの折り込みは緩く、掛け布団のカバーの裏側は皺だらけ。壁と床の境目には埃が溜まり、ベッドとサイドテーブルの間には細かいゴミやアクセサリーのかけらのようなものが落ちていた。 ホテル入り口横の吸い殻入れは吸い殻が溢れそうなまま何時間も放置されているし、高層階の外側ならともかく１階のレストランの窓ガラスも汚れたまま。 エコ活動には賛成するが、「エコのため」と宿泊客に自分で廊下の給水器に水を汲みに行かせるのに部屋には缶ジュースが２本置いてあるのは意味がわからない。水のペットボトルの方が使い回しができるので缶よりはエコだと思うのだが。 朝食バイキングはまあまあ。台湾らしいメニューも一通り揃っている。しかし早い時間に行ったにも関わらず果物が「いつ切ったんだろう」と思うくらい乾いていたり色が変わったりしていたのが、いろいろなことを表している。

朝食は種類も多くオークラより良かった。 お部屋も広くベットも快適でした。

ロケーションは不便。 何より受付のスタッフのサービスレベルは、高くない。 ほとんどのスタッフの英語のレベル、日本語のレベルが低く、「はぁ？」と大きな声で聞き返されることが多くサービスレベルに改善が必要と感じる。夜のカフェスタッフは、食堂よりサービスが雑で、笑えた。

친절한 직원들

첫 날 도어가 열리지 않아 세 번이나 프론트 데스크 오 가게 만들고 아무도 직접 와서 확인 안함. 고장난 문이었고, 처음부터 방이 몸 불편한 어머니께는 너무 멀다고 엘리베이터 가까이 바꿔 달랬으나 방이 없다 하다가 문 고장 확인하고는 옆 방으로 바꿔줌. 처음부터 문 이상을 직원이 바로 올라와서 확인했어야 함.

No hay control en la habitación del aire acondicionado, y sentí calor

넓은 방이 좋았고, 직원 모두 친절하였습니다. 아침식사는 구성이 괜찮아서 맛있게 먹었어요. 매일 무료 음료와 과자가 너무 맘에 듭니다. 호텔에 와서 간식거리가 있다는게 너무 좋았어요.

少し地下鉄から遠い。 部屋の洗面所の排水口の蓋が非常に外しづらかった。

The room light is not bright enough. The location is far from MRT or Underground. A bit Far from the shopping center.

Great facilities, room, location: Good to have a happy hour with free beers in the lounge.

Didn’t have the bar next to the pool like in the photos (not open at the moment).

Comfy beds, very clean premises, prompt and thorough housekeeping.

A little far from the metro, loud traffic. Rainfall shower head didn't work.
