A totally refurbished, one-bedroom de luxe apartment

Un appartement spacieux dans un bloc principalement privé dans le quartier populaire de Falaise à Avoriaz qui offre la combinaison idéale d'un accès direct skis aux pieds aux remontées mécaniques et d'un accès très facile au centre-ville. L'appartement est entièrement rénové et propose 1 lit double et 2 canapés-lits doubles dans le salon. Il a également une toute nouvelle cuisine équipée avec multi-cuisinière et micro-ondes et une salle de bains de luxe. L'appartement offre de nombreux conforts à la maison que l'on ne trouve généralement pas dans les hébergements indépendants en France, wifi gratuit et illimité, télévision à écran plat et lecteur IPOD.

We stayed at this apartment late FEB 2018. The accommodation was as described, clean, warm, cosy and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in the Saskia block located at the top part of the town which is short 3 min walk from the Avoriaz town arrivals area.The town centre is an easy 6 min walk and the swimming pool is about 5 mins walk. We didnt need to organise any sleigh lifts such is the ideal location of this apartment. You can Ski out in the morning behind the block onto a green and blue run or ski from the front of the block along a flat area and then onto the green ski run which runs through the centre of the town.The apartment balcony looks over a quiet area of the town where you can sit and watch the world go by or also enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains in the background behind Avoriaz which makes for one of the most scenic and interesting views I have ever had from a hotel balcony.The accommodation was clean and the double bed located in the bedroom was made up and very comfortable. There is plenty of room for storage of clothes, helmets, jackets and also a boot drier/warmer located in the hall way. The towel rail in the bathroom is large and acts as a good backup should you need more space for gloves and hats. The bathroom was comfortable with a shower/bath that had an endless supply of hot water and was welcome after a days skiing.The kitchen area is well equipped and just a side note as I didnt read the welcome book until the last day, the microwave also includes an oven feature.The instructions for which can be found in the blue welcome folder.My two children (5 & 7 yrs) slept on the couches either side of the living area. All that was needed each night was to throw over a duvet and they snuggled down for a nights sleep on the comfortable couches. It was not necessary to put up or assemble a bed (my pet hate after years of caravaning!) as the couches had ample room and would suit anyone including adults. I think this property is perfect for a family of four.The property is located on the second floor and accessible via a lift or easy stairway. The accommodation includes a ski locker in the entrance hallway to the hotel. There are no loud bars near and we could not hear any thumping music at night.Good bakers, food store, patisserie, ski hire all within 30 secs walk. I highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment was very conveniently located within the resort, a short walk from the arrival area and underground carpark, close to ski school, skiing and sledging from the front door, close to a supermarket and restaurants as well as Aquariaz, which was a big hit with the kids. The apartment although small was very well equipped and maintained. Philip, Nikki and their staff were very friendly and welcoming as well as being very knowledgeable about the resort and the wider ski area. We would definitely go back.

Very fast and helpful response both from owners and agents during booking and stay at Avoriaz. Also arranged with transfer from Airport and ski passes to make it nice and easy for us to an good price. Good location of apartment in Avoriaz, short walking distance from welcome centre, supermarket and ski rental. Small apartment in good shape that suites small family with 2 adults and 2 children. Bathroom and kitchen in modern standard, nice view from balcony. Nice with own free Wi-Fi in apartment.

This was our first family ski holiday and we found the apartment and resort absolutely superb. Avoriaz is a beautiful purpose built resort and is very family friendly as it is traffic free and you can ski to and from the front door of the apartment. The accommodation was perfect for us. It is the smallest apartment provided by Avoriaz chalets but it had a cosy feel to it and it was a great opportunity to spend quality time with our kids (aged 7 and 9). We took lessons morning and afternoon with ESF which is about a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment or, once you are confident skiing, you can ski directly from the apartment down a green slope to the Proclou lift which brings you back up to the ESF meeting point. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our 6 day stay although it is worth noting there is a mid-week clean for which you have to pay an extra 90 euros on arrival. Phil and Nikki were fantastic quickly answering any questions we had before arriving and Phil was there do meet us on arrival and show us to the apartment which is only 5 minutes from reception. Overall we can't praise the place enough and are looking forward to returning next year!

We chose to come to Avoriaz for our honeymoon and Christmas 2014. The apartment location was brilliant - very central and has everything you need near by including a super marker that is well stocked. And you can literally ski out of the door. The apartment it self was lovely - very modern and had excellent facilities. Perfect for 2 people and the champagne upon arrival was amazing. Perfect start to our honeymoon. Everything we needed and more. Philip and Nikki were also fantastic - so helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be returning to this apartment for what will hopefully be another amazing holiday.
