Lakefront house - downtown Kelowna - private dock/boat lift
Des vacances au centre-ville de Kelowna au bord du lac! Ce chalet est situé dans le quartier culturel à proximité des plages, des promenades au bord du lac, de l'arène, du centre des arts, du casino, des pubs, des boutiques et des restaurants raffinés. Environ 2500 pieds carrés avec deux espaces de vie sont mis en place pour les invités. Un grand quai privé avec ascenseur à bateaux est à votre disposition.
Tout ce que vous devez apporter, ce sont vos serviettes de plage et de la nourriture, tout le reste est fourni. Mobilier extérieur et barbecue sont sur place. C'est un bel endroit tranquille, une oasis au milieu de l'Okanagan.

Kelowna est un excellent endroit pour les sports nautiques et le golf. En outre, c'est le pays du vin, profitez d'une belle route vers de nombreux vignobles et dégustez certains des meilleurs vins. Cette maison est située dans un quartier calme et pourtant proche de l'endroit où tout se passe! Vérifiez sur la carte pour vérifier l'emplacement et voyez à quel point il est proche de marcher partout dans le centre-ville. Il y a un parc comme un sentier à quelques minutes qui suit le lac sur des kilomètres, un excellent itinéraire pour la marche ou le vélo.
Juste à noter, le garage n'est pas disponible pour votre usage, mais il y a un grand parking sur place et sur la route. Des ventilateurs sont fournis dans chaque pièce pour la circulation de l'air, mais il n'y a pas de climatisation centrale.
Pour les vacances d'été et d'hiver, cet emplacement fonctionne bien. Kelowna est bien située entre deux excellentes stations de ski, et bien sûr, les conditions de vacances d'été sont fantastiques! Il y a même une pittoresque patinoire extérieure, qui ouvre en décembre, tout près de nous. Mon endroit est bien trop cher pour son emplacement au bord du lac avec accès à un quai privé et à un ascenseur à bateaux. Nous vous invitons tous à nous rendre visite!

Well located, perfect for four adults and two children under five. Easy stairs in and out of the water for the kids, a sandy area for castles and a mooring ball for our small boat. Shady places to sit for most of the day and air conditioning inside. Short walk to a small quiet public beach if you have wee ones that need to walk in and out of the water. Great place and the host was quick to answer any questions.

This home was perfect for our needs. Space for everyone, easy to get to, good neighborhood, such a cozy and comfortable home. I was so pleasantly surprised with all the character and decor. We are already talking about next year's trip and this is the place we want to rebook.

This was a great place to stay. The house is eclectic and welcoming. It was stocked with everything we needed. The outside area was the highlight with the dock, gas fire and lots of seating choices. The view from the backyard is beautiful. The location is very close to downtown, making it possible to walk to many restaurants, the marina, etc. Delee replied to all requests very promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location!
Delee made this a smooth and easy trip by being quick to respond and had all the quick questions answered in her welcome book. The location could not be beat the outdoor space created lovely memories for my family. Thanks again! Will book again.

The outdoor seating has many choices so everyone will find their comfy zone where one can spend most of the day. Having 2 living rooms help family find space for games or reading. Delee was very prompt in dealing with any of our inquiries. Yes, she did warn us about how warm it can be upstairs, but lots of fans. Very enjoyable.

The location was probably the best part of this place - right on the water with our own private dock, a short walk or bike ride to town. But the house itself was excellent as well! Clean, with character and plenty of places to lounge. The paddle boards and bikes were an amazing touch as well. The host, Delee, was accommodating and friendly. Definitely planning on returning next summer!

Will 100% try to rebook the next time I am back in Kelowna. Delee is an incredible host. At one point we ran out of propane and she dropped off a fresh tank in less than an hour!

We had a lovely stay, although compromised by the smoke from the fire. The smoke combined with hot air and the lack of AC made it a bit less enjoyable. However, had there not been any smoke, the house is perfectly confortable without AC: there are plenty of vents and there is the fresh air coming from the lake.
One thing to note for those traveling with infants (or even toddlers) or old persons (which was our case), the stairs are very steep and the first step on the first floor slippery. The house being fairly old (but of cleanliness absolute) some of the doors are only 5 foot 10.
We were confortable for 5 adults.
Would definitely stay there again in less smoky times!

Amazing location & responsive host
We had a great time, and the location right on the lake was perfect. We had no reason to leave the property!
One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning, so it gets hot inside but the breeze usually picks up at night so with the windows open it wasn’t too bad.
Delee was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The check in and out process was very easy. We were all sad to leave and hope to come back soon!

Kelowna family vacation
Location is awesome!! Weather was beautiful. The house has no air conditioning which made sleeping uncomfortable in the hotter evenings.
Advertisement did not communicate there was a renter on site or that the garage was not included in the rental. The boat slip was not repaired but we did get a 5% reduction for this. The water was choppy must days.
