Everything we needed and more. Lovely back garden and garden furniture.

The location was perfect, a minutes walk from the Town. What a find, if we ever come back this way again we will definitely rebook. Lovely property with everything we needed. Plenty of space, lovely garden and so quiet. Keys were easily obtained and the property was immaculate. Close to several restaurants and local shops. Great little market on a Saturday morning. Lovely spacious garden with BBQ.

Can't think of anything we didn't like but if I had to say something the bathroom could do with a lick of paint and the back room might benefit from a dressing table. Other than that it was perfect.

Fantastic location for visiting the pretty town of Wymondham. Norwich was also easily accessible around 35 minutes by car. Accommodation was spacious, quiet and clean. We would book again when in the area.

A bit tired and basic, functional only - and no double bed which is weird in a 3 bed letting!

Fantastics, Quiet location off Wymondham Town centre and shops. A few minutes walk to local shops and dining areas in the town centre. Easy access to nearby supermarkets and many beaches/attractions Parking in driveway for multiple cars which was very useful for visiting Norfolk friends. Good communication from owner/booking. Com Beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well all week. House was clean and tidy. Large rear garden and outside balcony Separate sitting and dining areas Water pressure was excellent and over-bath shower very powerful! Loved our stay, would recommend!

Second and third bedrooms a little small. No double bed - all beds provided are single.. Only one toilet/wash area without safety handles for elderly members to use the wash areas safely. Could benefit with a handrail on stairs as our elderly relative found it difficult to support her weight on the turn of the stairs. Kitchen very compact. Unable to utilise storage fully as wall units very high and not enough range of cooking utensils for a family of 4/5 eg no pizza cutter/multiple chopping boards/roasting tray etc which I had to buy but was not a problem. Didn't see a smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector

The house was clean, well presented and in a perfect location
