The room was completely new and extremely clean, with a huge balcony.

Only minor thing was that the wifi wasn't working that well.

The refridgerator can be a bit small if you're going to buy groceries/water/beers.

Everything was perfect except there was no breakfast included. But there was a stove and dining area in the big balcony where you can cook to your heart's content. There is also a Tommy grocery 5 minute walk, where you can buy stuff you need. If you are lazy to cook, you can eat breakfast, lunch, dinner at the hotel just beside it (Hotel Fanat). Buffet breakfast there is 115 kunas according to the waiter.

The room was clean and comfortable parking is right outside of the building. Easy to find, near the beach area.

Split is a huge town, it doesn't really have the vibe of a seaside vacation resort. I would stay in a smaller town next time. Still this has nothing to do with the property that was great.

Is an excellent place to stay, close to the beach, beautiful apartment, super clean in a great location of split with walking distance to all amenities, and excellent host Dalibor was so nice and helpful! Highly recommended!

I loved everything!

The room is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff was very pleasent to deal with. They had no problem providing us with the Iron, free of charge. Dalibor was very friendly, he also helped us to print our plane tickets.

Really luxury rooms. All facilities are top notch. Administrator was kind.

Need to say that WiFi is poor as far as cellular data. Haven't checked beach but it looks to be little overcrowded.

Very helpful host. We were here only for 1 night but i highly recommend, good location near beach but not directly at main busy road. Big, clean and stylish rooms. Parking near building - you can have a look at car from window. 1000% Recommend!

Close to the beach. Free parking. Big balcony where we could it breakfast and enjoy evening after a long day out. Everything was super clean and if needed extra cleaning we could just put out the sign.

There is nothing to complain about... There is a construction site nextdoor where they started working early with a lot of hammering.

Very bad WiFi. On the bed there was moments, where WiFi was missing. At the balcony no WiFi at all.
