We just returned from this gorgeous villa on our first family holiday with our baby son. It is a 10/15 minute walk to the both the Marina and the old town. The villa is so well looked after by the owners, and they couldn’t do enough for us on our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Wow, what a lovely villa. Super clean and comfortable, and literally had everything you could need, a real home from home. Good location, walkable to the beach and old town. A shop and bar nearby. Fantastic hosts, Mandy and Paulo were really friendly and helpful. Lovely garden area and pool (shame we went a bit late in the year and couldn't properly enjoy it). Really nothing to complain about. We had a lovely, chilled holiday

The hills. Omg, they are a killer. My legs will take a while to recover. Thankfully the taxis are plentiful and cheap (approx €5 each way into town), we downloaded a taxi app which made it easy

Great friendly hosts. Great property with all amenities. Fab location, 10 mins walk to the old town / beach. 10 mins to the harbour and its nightlife. The villa is very homely, with plenty of nice artwork. Also plenty of books if you want to chill out. There is a bar and supermarket just 5 mins walk.

The hills. Can't do much about that can you.

I loved the location of the villa only a 10 min walk to the old town and the beach, the villa was homely and well equipped with everything you would need for a perfect stay. The owners are very friendly and make sure your stay is amazing. I would highly recommend this villa and I would go back.

everything was perfect ,the villa,the hosts,the location ,the weather ,comfort ,relaxing ,..We enjoyed every part of our stay.The villa was beautiful and in a great location .The hosts were friendly and accomodating.

Location is great to get in and out of town, uber and taxis easy and cheap, it's like a home from home and the hosts are able assist you just WhatsApp them if you have any questions, the boys loved the pool, and at the end of the road is a massive pool for 2 euros a day, great views

Couldn't fault the villa. Very well maintained and close to the beach and the centre of Albufeira.

Wonderful villa and wonderful hosts! From the airport pick up onwards everything was smooth and easy. Paulo explained what goes where and even gave me a quick tour of the marina when I asked directions. Couldn't ask for a better host.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the villa, but after a long day at the beach, the kids did tire out on the last leg up the hill to the villa. But that's geography! And it was nice to have a cold drink waiting for you or the ability to jump in the pool too!

Mandy and Paulo were great hosts, and very welcoming for our family . Pool and villa was very child friendly..The Villa was in great location 10 minutes walk to the old town. Would highly recommend, could not fault.. Would definitely stay here again
