Well let me think… The divider in the room, so i could close it off if there would be more then 2 pers in the room.

Check in was a organized mess at its best!! I am sure if you tried to request a early check in, as i did, you are disappointed. But there is no way that this place can ever do it. And this in off saison, May 19th . Very pushy salespeople right beside the check in counter.. not impressed at all. Our Room , (okay just for one night !! ) Was very damp , as we walked in the floor was wet … and the whole room smelled of dampness and like mould.. It was a disappointing experience at this Hotel

Beautiful property right on the beach and close to everything in Simpson Bay. Great size room with huge balcony and full size kitchen.

la limpieza es buena, pero en los 5 días 4 noches que tuvimos , no tuvimos personal que nos retirara la basura, entiendo lo de las sabanas, y toallas, que dicen no las cambian hasta después de 4 días , y pienso que esta bien, pero si es bueno votar la basura. Pero todo muy lindo, las personas muy amables, la playa y piscina super bien. Y por supuesto que lo recomiendo la pasamos excelente

Wish the hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport.

Loved the room and the staff. The location was very convenient, where grocery, store restaurant & barswere within walkìng distance.

I didnt like that the hotel did not provide a courtesy shuttle as 10 am is check out. And we had to depart the hotel at 4:45 pm. Instead a pool rest room was provided. This was very wet and uncomfortable.

The dispensers in the bathroom. The room was modernised.

-The route description on the different floors (e.g. signs to the reception). - There was no electric kettle in the room. - The water reservoir of the coffee machine needed cleaning. - There's a slight foul scent hanging in the air.

Staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and welcoming. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the pool and sea.

A later check out time for guest that has to travel later in the day at a more reasonable price.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel
