The good things: 1. Polite and responsive staff. 2. Good food, breakfast had reasonable spread and food quality was good. 3. Restaurant staff was responsive to our requests and service was prompt. 4. Property is reasonably well maintained. 5. Housekeeping is OK.

1. The location. The hotel is located far from the city in the midst of a forlorn location with absolutely no facilities around. I was disappointed that a Ramada - Wyndham hotel could be located in such a location and there would not be any prior warning during the booking. Especially when I was travelling with family. 2. Hotel facilities like the 24x7 coffee shop was not operative. 3. Area around Swimming pool requires development. 4. We wanted to shift to any other better located hotel the next day, considering that we were willing to forego one-two days rental, but we were told that there would be no refund for the full 4 day period booking. This was unfair. 5. Lastly, please review the red hotel directory kept in the room. It requires professional proofreading and needs to be updated with correct information.

The service and the hospitality. We are given room at night 11.00 pm. To our surprise when we opened the room there were guest staying in the room so mail ch of embarrassment to us.

its located on a very very bad location, No modes on public transportation i.e.. Ola, Uber, InDrive, any Auto nothing available form this place.

The price point was decent because of the distance from the city.

- The property is located outside the main city which is not ideal, travelling becomes a problem and you end up paying a lot on travel that you'd save getting a hotel in the city. - The breakfast was not that great. - The rooms are not spacious enough. - The rooms were not clean enough. - The staff are not respectful, they waited for us to leave the hotel and then came to clean the room without permission. When raised, they instead started fighting with us saying that this is their policy but nothing is mentioned anywhere.

The location

The locks of the door were not working properly and nobody at the hotel made an effort to repair them. Also the flush in the toilet was not working properly. Not satisfactory

Location of the hotel is extremely outside. Travelling in night towards hotel for a small family can be very horrifying.otherwise it is very good

its a very old property and does not stands to Wyndham’s standards. bathroom was very unclean and the overall cost is not justified for the atay.

The size of the room were very good! the in room dine-in food quality was also good!

Few things were not as per my expectation: 1. The location of hotel is in complete outskirts! To go to any important place of Jaipur, you need to drive for an hour! 2. Taxi service is not available 3. Food delivery apps were bringing food from at least 10km far restaurant as this was the minimum distance of a better restaurant! 4. The hotel is 5 km away from the highway, and there are no lights on street, which makes it little unsafe to travel after sunset! 5. The basic toiletries were not placed in the room! we had to request from reception to provide! it was strange as this is the minimum that should be available 6. Our suite room was with balcony but it was really dirty with bird poop all over the place! 7. The breakfast was a real disaster! One can judge the quality of buffet by having some breads! The breads were hard and did not seem to be fresh! The croissants were very hard which means they were also not fresh!
