Bathrooms don't have exsaut

Room services and food quality Courteous staff in all places in the hotel

Major maintenance work to be undertaken. Eg. Room doors locks were not working properly and manual locking from inside was difficult. Bathroom doors were jammed. Room service, reception numbers were not displayed inside the room. During initial booking and followed by phone call for two adjacent rooms, hotel agreed to keep rooms together but while checking, it was different.

Everything , food , services, staff , policy . Everything they ask you to beg infront of them for any service.. like if you require even towel, dish in room than you have to beg infront of them.. I will recommend you batter to stay at railway platform rather than this hotel. Kindly call me for my stay experience. 8819929007

It is good so far as location

staffs are not cooperative Hospitality is very poor and the behaviour of staff are not good

The Presidency has always been a proud landmark for Bhubaneswar. The location is very good and easy access to all sorts of public transport. Staff had been polite and professional. Room is spacious

The management of staff though, seems poor. A bell boy for carrying luggage was unavailable for check in and check out. Even after placing " please clean my room" tag, the room was not cleaned; i had to come back exhausted to an unclean room and had to inform the desk in person to get the room cleaned. ( Room was cleaned perfectly - was happy). The room i had booked was "family suite", and the room provided was same as the photo published, but the room did have a window, a simple chair and table at a corner has been set as a dining (two people cannot dine together), ironing facilities, refrigerator or minibar, adequate toiletries, slippers or showering cap - as published in booking details - WERE NOT AVAILABLE. The details regarding the room is misleading. The breakfast options are limited and came to understand there are more options available on request, which nobody informed until I finished my breakfast.

Location was good but staff were not upto mark.

Photo shown in booking.com was very old atleast 5 years.Now all open spaces have been covered by new building and not matching at all with photo shown.
