No minimarket nearby, the bathroom is pretty small and very slippery

Everything was perfect. The photos on the website are accurate and the facilities were exactly as described, although honestly it felt more like a 3 star than a two star hotel. Everything was scrupulously clean; generously sized rooms; 24 hour reception &etc. The hotel is also very easy to find.

There really isn't much going on in the area, even if you are used to local life in Vietnam. The airport is a good 20 minutes' drive away, and everything else is much further.

Staffs are perfect, good location, value of money.

the stay was disaster. i booked stay there for one night to sleep after flight. i was not able to sleep as the whole night was noisy. the bathroom was smelly, no windows.. never more

I book the hotel for one night. when I arrived at around 11:00 PM and really wanted to rest. The receptionist say sorry that someone else took the room! He explained that he tried to contact me (to ask me when would I arrive the hotel) but got no response. I said to him this does mater that you could contact me or not. I booked the room and if I did not show up then the hotel could charge me because the booking is non refundable. Perhaps the hotel had an ill thought that I might not arrive then he can earn twice for a room; and if I finally turn up, he just need to say sorry. the hotel did not understand receiving a booking is a commitment, and this will affect the hotel credit. It was a Saturday midnight then it was difficult to find and book another room in the region. i used Booking app to book a last room in a hotel (Jade Hotel) not far Venus hotel. lesson learned, after booking, i carefully phone the receptionist that keep the room for me. it was not a very good night when the receptionist of that hotel answered me that the room was also taken!! after some try, luckily we found a hotel near the airport. it cost us much more for the room, twice the taxi fares. and a couple of hours of hassle. Booking Vietnam should do something to correct the ill practices of local hotels, using booking for advertising their hotels, they always show room availability in Booking.com but the factual situations are quite different.

The room wasn't very clean, the bathroom smells like hot wet mildew, I'm pretty sure there is balck mold growing in the crevices of the bathroom. The room is always so hot, even with the air conditioning and the fan on high. When you leave the room the power gets turned off and the ice and cold things in the fridge never stay cold or frozen, and you can't charge any electronics while you go for dinner. Also the bed was quite uncomfortable. And someone was constantly smoking cigarettes and I could always smell cigarette smoke.

it value for money! the room is cleaned but the facilities are old! need to improve. the staff are helpful and friendly.

The Main thing about the Hotel was the location as I got in very very late after delayed flights. It was a place to sleep, and freshen up before continuing my journey.

Did not enjoy that there was no hot water. Especially after a long day of traveling and an early start the next day a Hot shower was what I was in dire need of..

It was not cleaned properly and a used condom was found on the floor. bogeys were found wiped all over the walls. Even though we had a private room on the top floor you could hear people talking and shouting all night long.
