Proximity to the sea

We couldn't use the WiFi in the rooms. We had to go down to the lobby areas every night. We reported it but was never dealt with. We checked in around 4pm only to find rooms were not ready. The team didn't seem to realise that was an issue we were just asked to wait no apology or alternative room was offered. Rooms can do with a bit of maintenance. The switch in the bathroom was held together by a tape which can cause a H&S risk. We had dirty linen which we had to ask the them to remove.

I liked the attitude of the staff and the architecture of the hotel itself. I liked the fact that we did not have to walk large distances to get from one place to another. I particularly liked the beach.

Repairs and maintenance is required especially in the bathrooms.

The beach and staff were excellent. The WIFI was a bit slow and i couldnt work from the room

Not as advertised on booking.com. please give rooms as booked or don't advertise. Had to check out after one night despite my five-day stay at the coastal town. P.S believe every negative review you see online. No malice at all, or regret. No one spends thousands on manicure only to struggle with tiny keys with small keyholes, is what keycards exist for.

View was okay No complaints on food.

Staff Attitude- Despite calling for confirmation of booking details.customer service promised the following. 1.to allow few photo sessions-Assistant front office manager demanded payment during the day. 2.They have issues with food bought out of the property despite fact that one was not taking it their restaurant rather than to room. 3.Room condition was average.-Old Tv with no remote, old furniture,dirty bathtub.

The house keepers are doing good jobs... The towels are extremely very old.

Service and room given. Waited for 2 hours for icebubes. Stained bedsheets. Terrible. Standards seem to have gone south. Had to cancel extra 2 days stay and move to another hotel. Far much better here.

The view from the balcony and the bed were good. The room was spacious. The sofaseats were a little worn out and appeared dirty, hence I feared sitting on them.

The bathroom needs some renovation. Bathing in am old tub using a shower is uncomfortable and there is always a risk of slipping when coming out of the tub. The dustbins were also rusted/wornout and need replacement.

There wasn’t a mosquito net provided for the baby cot. No sheets provided for the baby cot either and she had to bunk in with us. All other services was 100 percent. The mosquitoes were a nightmare
